Ruuhakk

I was warned about Ruuhakk, and yet decided to give them a chance because experiences are very subjective. However, I too had a similar experience in terms of timing and worst of all - unresponsiveness. I spent so much money just commuting to their boutique only to find nobody there to return my stuff which was supposed to be returned two weeks back. They really overcharge for their work, which is just okay and not so spectacular, and they will not pick up your calls or reply to your texts even if they’re the ones delaying the work. So yeah, at least in their case, the negative reviews are very much true! And I have experienced them first hand!

Visited this boutique for the first time to stitch a gown for my brother's wedding, placed the order on September 11th and the delivery was supposed to be before October 10th.. and even on October 16th i had no dress in my hands.( I deferred my travel dates twice because of their fake promises) So one can clearly see the level of time management and professionalism they follow. From the day I placed the order I did not get any updates whatsoever and whenever I asked for updates there was always a reason not to provide any information. And finally when I insisted that I wanted to see what was going on I came to know that actually nothing was done even stitching was pending. They promised everything would be ready by the next morning then they failed to do that too. They did tell me that they can courier the order when I told them that I can't stay or wait any longer and rejected this offer, after all this I was not ready to take the dress without trying the dress which was made last minute instead of giving them a whole one month. I paid more than half an advance amount. I have no intention to take the dress from her which was not delivered on time. she might dismiss this review also saying that "you're not in the customer list" so I've attached a screenshot of what's app conversation. Go here at your own risk. I would never recommend them to anyone.
