Had a really pleasant experience at Roshni Boutique.
The staff were extremely sweet, polite, and helpful throughout, which made the whole shopping process very comfortable. A small but thoughtful gesture I appreciated was that they offered packed water bottles to customers — it definitely adds to the overall experience.
The quality of the clothes is honestly one of the best I’ve seen. The materials, finish, and designs all feel very premium and worth it.
I also came across some earlier reviews, but I would say they don’t really reflect my experience at all. I had a completely positive visit.
Overall, a great store with excellent service and top-quality clothing. Would definitely recommend.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Walked in to find an outfit for my friends wedding - first of all, when you enter, you can see 8-10 people milling around arranging clothes and not a single one greets you or asks what you need. I’ve had this experience multiple times in this store. Writing this spot off - many better places to shop at in Indiranagar

Products are value for money and of good quality.
They have 2 stores on the 12th. Main Rood, close to each other. The other store on the 1st. Floor has the premium and party wear collection while the main store has combination of daily wear & party wear.
Overall a nice place for buying good quality cotton dresses.

These guys are scamsters. They operate on Instagram with id wholesaledirecthubsuits1.
They charge 2000 rupees per video call. In our case we paid 2000 and they arranged for a call which went on for 32 min.
We selected some dresses and later wanted to trim the bill to avoid repeated models or colours which they denied.
They even denied returning back the 2k sighting internal policy as if this is a corporate company. If they had any policy in place they should be equally ethical also.
Imagine they have 5 teams taking 10 calls each day charging 2k per call and then have so called strict policy in place which will force the customer to back off and lose 2k.
They earn with such tactics only. Also they make their own team talk on calls posing as ‘International Customer’ and post fake reels to loot customers.
Their modus operandi is to earn from such scams and keep their business alive
The owner himself makes fake reels to attracts this next set of victims.
Save your self and hard earned money. These guys are habituated to loot people and earn easy money.

Just visited today for a some casual dresses,reached at around 7 by 8 the staff started to get impatient and kept rudely hinting at the shop closing soon,so much that they stopped showing ,started rudely indisting n commenting that u hav already tried that and so on.I loved the collection though but whats the use when u cannot explore everything properly. I did buy two pieces which I like but really would have bought another top and salwar too but even before I could try it the staff had kept it back and was literally hinted to go.Another customer was also complaining about the same rude behavior.

Worst online shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. The customer service is incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping with my concerns, they were impolite and made me feel like my business didn't matter. Save your money and shop somewhere that actually values its customers.
If you have any issues with your order, don't expect polite or helpful service.
I highly recommend taking your business to a genuine, professional store instead. This shop is impolite and dealing with them is a consistently bad experience. There are far better options online that actually value their customers and provide basic courtesy.
It’s clear they don't care about the customer experience once the payment goes through. Avoid this site at all costs

I have an absolute wonderful experience with Roshni Boutique......After searching for several other stores.I have found what I am looking for here......My wardrobe is only with Roshni Boutique clothes , designs and patterns.......everyone asks me where do I buy my cloths and proudly say Roshni Boutique.......The staff are incredibly helpful guiding me on styles and colour combination that suits me the best......the bespoke tailoring was impeccable and even deliver the outfit ahead of schedule.....I highly recommend for high quality customers it's worth the price.......thanks to Roshni I have dare to try different colours and even the light colours and feel good...... thank Roshni

Worst customer experience ever. I liked a piece and almost bought it then I noticed it had a hole in it. Instead of fixing it or offering discounts, the owner started talking rudely and asking me to leave the piece. She was rigid and not ready to even offer any discount on it. She was behaving as if she is doing a favour selling that to me. Nobody in the fabric business should be this brainless to not understand that a hole will destroy the cloth once it is washed. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and waste their hard earned money and time.

The staff is untrained and they have no interest in selling . There was a defective piece which I really liked and was ready to buy it if they repaired it. But the staff's behavior was weird and unwelcoming as if they were not interested in selling. This was my second bad experience in the shop. I went back only because of their collection. But never going back again.

These people are so fake that the moment I posted my genuine review about their bad-quality clothes on Instagram, they deleted it and blocked me. So I am writing my review here.
I am a wholesale buyer, and I purchased from them with trust. The first time they sent defective items, and their team promised me that the next time they would check the products properly before dispatching. Based on that trust, I ordered again — and once again, 25% of the entire lot came defective.
And now they are saying they will refund only the outfit price.
What about the international shipping, the delivery charges, the custom duties, and the taxes that I paid from my pocket? They are refusing to take responsibility for any of that.
When I posted this honest review on their Instagram page, they immediately blocked me. This clearly shows they cannot handle real feedback and only want to display fake positive comments.
They have no courtesy or respect for people who work hard, earn honestly, and spend their money on their products — only to receive defective items again and again.
My time, my money, and my effort have all been wasted because of their irresponsible business practices
. When you hurt someone’s hard-earned livelihood like this, it never brings good luck to anyone.

I've been impressed with the unique collections and superb fabric quality. However, my recent purchase had a slight size issue, and I was hoping for a bit of margin to adjust the fit from stomach ,Women's generaly have a stomach / waist issues 😜. Please I would also request to allow exchange to the regular customer atleast .
On the other hand, the customer support has been excellent - responsive, helpful, and kept me updated throughout. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchases so far and don't have any major regrets. I will recommend people to try .

Didn't at all like the behaviour of ms preita ...customer was on its own . .was not very coperative and ms preita denied me to use washroom on the floor and instead sent me to a staff washroom . Picked up outfits totaly worth 35000 Now i seee that i colour is just Going in Ltrs and ltrs in every wash! and the Cloth is turning out to be rough!
When the outfit is purchased we wer Nvr made aware off the clothes are of this quality! Attached below is the photo of 3rd time wash but look at the amount of colour Even on the 3rd time

I have been a regular customer of Roshini Boutique but off late the quality has totally detoriated. I had bought a ready to wear saree after paying 11k. I just wore it once and after a few months when I see it, the fabric of the blouse has changed colour in quiet a few places and is unusable now. When contacted they say they dont give gaurantee for fabric. If it is a 2k or 3k saree I can buy their point, but definitely not for a 11k outfit. They simply justify saying we have not received any complaints from other customers who bought this product when I have shared the pictures and also shown the problem on a video call. I just dont understand their logic here. Definitely not worth buying.

Worst Quality product which I got it for my mother. The dress doesn't match even 10% as shown in the picture. The return process very bad and pathetic which almost took 1 month without a proper response. People doesn't help for exchange or return. I've been a loyal customer of Roshni Boutique for a long time, and I've always been impressed with the quality of their products. However, my latest experience with their customer care service was extremely disappointing.
Last time, I received a product with the wrong size, which was frustrating. After multiple attempts to contact them, I finally got in touch with the concerned person, who assured me that they would send the correct size once they received the wrong one back. However, when I asked about the pickup of the faulty product, she stopped responding.
What's even more frustrating is that I've already paid for shipping , and I shouldn't have to bear the cost of returning a faulty product. It's unfair to expect customers to pay for shipping again and again for products that are sent with errors.
This experience has left me feeling disappointed and betrayed by Roshni Boutique's customer care service. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and work on improving their services.

After checking videos and photos , i thought the quality will be good .. so i ordered salwar suit.. first of all i took more than a month for delivery for bangalore location .. and no where while purchasing they have mentioned about the delivery time.. on top of that once i received the product, fabric is very bad quality for the money I have paid plus there is kind of burr on the fabric .. and the stitching was also not very pakka.. i do not want to get into argument for return .. so kept it with me .. my overall experience is bad and i would not recommend anyone to buy online unless u see it in the store...

Staying in same city, it took 7 days to deliver the order for which they charged 200 rupees and just because I posted the actuals, I had a fitting issue, the boutique told me you have given google reviews, we won’t help .

And I didn’t ask for return, I just said I want to exchange due to size issue. This is how they behave to customers- no return no exchange.

This is for owner Roshni hope u know this .Had worst experience this time I brought a kurta and when I wore it first time it was damaged due to low quality soon I took picture and sent to team tho I did not get proper response next time when I went to store I tried contact her and explain her issue and to the surprise I was shock see her replies she is talking as if I did it wantedly did and by seeing kurta u can tell easily its poor quality she is not at all worried about customers and they gave 200 rupees off , but owner talks so sweetly fake
in Instagram live and when customers comes for purchase but when it comes to complaints I felt she was rude in replying instead checking on me properly she is demanding me send proper picture first she did not even feel sorry for what happen with me for kurta definitely this wil be last visit not coming back . At least now she learns how to talk to customers when it’s there mistake
By the way I was regular customer and I referred it store to many of my friends now am feeling bad y did I do seeing ur way of handling complaints

A very dissatisfying & disappointing experience.. This experience gives us a full stop to visit this store in future. Defective piece given which we realised later while wearing. Went back from Hebbal side to Indiranagar to get it exchanged. The owner was not at the store & did not respond properly inspite of calling several times sitting at the store & the staff says they don’t have any rights unless the owner responds. After almost an hour of waiting had to leave back without any resolution. Sometimes it’s not about the solution, even a proper response & explanation makes a difference to the customer. Hope it will help you to help others even though we went back disappointed.

Iam regular customer of Roshni boutique I have purchased premium quality crape full suit the material was not good I u wore once it tored they had given so many number to chat finally Rupa told it was not exchanged after so many people follow ups and chats they told no return and exchange not buy with out lining crape dresses my experience was very bad.

I remember when I was searching for good boutique shop in Bangalore and Roshni boutique name came up.
I visited the store in Indiranagar and was confuse on what to purchase and was thinking will it be like other Bangalore boutique shop which are heavy on my pocket, but when I enter the shop and the staff of the boutique was so helpful and encouraging which I wasn’t expecting. The suits were so pocket friendly that I never ever went to any other shop in Bangalore ever.
I did my wedding trousseau shopping from them and I am so happy with my decision.
I have doing ethnic wear shopping from past 4 years and it’s the best place in Bangalore.
The quality, price and most important the variety is so amazing that anyone who visit their offline or online store is bound to buy items from them.

Quality of clothes bought in sale is not good. After handwash one of the salwar color got faded. When I called the store they told that they are not responsible once it’s sold..it’s really disappointing to see that quality of clothes bought is not good even after paying more than 2k per set

This seller is a total scam! All talk, no quality—just pushing out cheap, low-grade clothes while pretending to be some big deal in the market. I wasted 3K on a dress that turned into garbage after just two wears! The material is the cheapest junk possible. There collections are good but thr delivery service is very bad, I strongly recommend not buy online. The team is least bothered, my order no is 50036 not delivered yet. I stay near kr puram hardly 4 kms and rhey charged 300 as shipping charges.. The team is not supportive at all and not taking action and am unable to reach them as well. It's been more than 10 days now.
Please some one take responsibility and deliver the material or refund. I would say pathetic delivery service.
