The service booking done with prepaid option (they don’t allow to book without payment) but no service done even in 2 weeks. Every time there is a false promise/ appointment for the visit but no one lands up. Done multiple follow-ups but in vein. This seems to be a fraud company where you pay in advance but no service delivered other than only false appointments. No option to cancel and get the money refunded. Updated 17th april2026: Initial justification given was medical emergency of the tailor and now high demand with commitment to refund. But even after 5 days, no action, no payment received, rather another eyewash of Paytm not working. Don’t know who is using this app now :) adding photo of the message received. Waiting for my money back. It’s already with you from past 20 days.

Would not recommend. Customer service is extremely poor, and the pricing on their portal does not match the final charges. Prices are changed at the time of delivery, and they stop responding to calls afterward. Still waiting for delivery even after two days. Very disappointing experience. i am attaching all new invoices you have demanded 999 and post multiple discussions you revised to 599 why should you do that is it not cheating? .. your team was supposed to deliver yesterday okie today after multiple discussion and revision of invoices .. your team has confirmed for delivery.. i paid for puck up and drop by the way ..

DO NOT RECOMMEND. (If I could give zero stars I would) They have the absolute worst customer service possible. I reached out to them on WhatsApp to make a booking towards the end of January. They told me I had to place the order on their website. I placed the order on February 1st and reached out to them. They made me pay an advance amount on the website and I clearly communicated that it was an urgent order and I’m looking at getting it stitched under the 24 hours doorstep delivery. I got no response from them. I reached out on WhatsApp again on the 2nd, the 4th and 6th via messages and calls. No response. A day after my function got over and 6 days after placing the order they reached out saying they can pick up the material for stitching on the 7th. From that point onwards it’s been a struggle to get my money refunded. I reached out to them on WhatsApp multiple times and they kept promising refund in a week or by next week etc. Lack of response or any sort of acknowledgment of wrongdoing is what these guys excel in. After a month, I got the money refunded, again, after they told me my order got canceled and I had to send an email requesting for a refund. Hundred percent would NOT recommend. Please rely on trusted tailors for your needs. These people will take your money and hold it hostage without actually providing you any service.

Not very happy with the services. Price - Little high but always ready to pay for good and on time service. Both were not served at all, and hence disappointed. I gave a formal pant for stitch and within a day the stitches were loose and thread started coming out. On my first visit i was told, the pants will be stitched as per measurements and when i received it, the length was short. Pathetic experience. I had to visit the store again to get it back after the height was adjusted again. They don't have tailors available for quick fix. Not really happy.

I recently gave two expensive churidar materials to this shop for stitching, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The stitching job was done very poorly, and to make matters worse, the fabric was damaged in the process. Not only did the fabric get torn, but the churidar also lost its shape entirely, even though the fix seemed like a simple task. As for my velvet suit, it looks like it was carelessly ironed. The fabric has strange creases that weren’t there before, and it’s clear that it was mishandled. I’m incredibly frustrated that I trusted this shop with my clothes, and now I’m left with items that are damaged. I expected a professional standard of work, but what I received was far from it. The shop clearly lacked attention to detail, and I am deeply frustrated with how my fabric was handled. I paid for a service that should have been straightforward, and instead, I’m left with a ruined piece of clothing that’s now unwearable. If possible, I would consider taking this matter to consumer court, as the quality of service I received was unacceptable. The damage to my clothes and the poor stitching job are a clear violation of consumer rights, and I believe it’s important to hold businesses accountable for such substandard work. I strongly urge anyone considering their tailoring services to think twice. My experience was a complete letdown, and I regret trusting them with my fabric. Would not recommend. I have been coming to this place for about 2 years now. The quality of the stitching has come down drastically. Recently, they stitched a blouse wrong even after I told them the style I wanted it to be stitched in. Then it was sizing issues that needed to be altered and re-altered. They also never stick to their timelines. The last item I had given them was a saree - fall and pico only, and asked them to finish it by certain date and time because I would not be available to pick it up post. They *started* work on the piece after I went to their shop for delivery. Disappointed doesn’t cover it.

First impression made me a regular person with FCOM. They stitched some of the blouses and they are all my favorite!!! The team ensures not just good work, timely delivery which is so crucial. If i could give 0 star i would give it to this place . We went there after seeing all the reviews but they couldnt make a simple blouse .. a blouse any roadside tailor would do it better .. first of all they will take all your measurements all the process so professionally book online and stuff ... then they will take their own sweet time to stich .. i went to take it the fit was WEIRD not loose not tight ..its weird like looking at it even they are not able to figure out whats wrong .. then they tell me generally we take 3 fittings like seriously 3 fittings for a blouse ?? Ok fine i gave them time ..but i feel all the work life balance is being enjoyed in this place .. closing on time , lunch time on time not picking up phones even during working hrs ..somehow i go there to pick up my blouse 2nd time .. still nothing changes its weird ..after 1 month for a blouse i am done with patience they do some workaround tighten here loosen there .. i dont give a damn and take the delivery i seriously dont care .. this blouse is going to go in dustbin and they charged me around 1.7k and yes for a blouse

My wedding blouse was initially ruined, I had to get it redone 5-6 times, was visiting them in every 4-5 days and everytime some or the other problem was there. Yesterday I finally received it and now it's fitting me perfectly. Special thanks to Sunita ji who takes care of alterations, but her understanding and skills are way better than the masterji. I really appreciate Sunita ji for listening to my concerns and fixing each of them. Many thanks.

Fcom is a great place for tailoring, including western dresses . They are wonderful in refurbishment and repurposing . I had an expensive woollen coat , which became unusable due to cracking of soft leather , which was used in sleeves , collar and through entire opening lines. Fcom took this very challenging job and made it almost new with a suitable coat fabric . I’m amazed with the dexterity and finishing . Of course needless to say about other items , which were much less complicated. I highly recommend this place.

Two stars because the quality of the final output was very good, but everything else was horrible! The main issue is the sheer amount of follow up required at every step: - I booked via the website on a Saturday. - They took 3 days to pick up the material (This delay is not mentioned on the site. They mention it after you have completed the booking). After much follow-up, they picked it up the following Wednesday. - They said the designer would call me about the stitching requirements and that the final product would take seven working days. I didn't hear from them till the following Monday, so I followed up again. After that, the master called me the same day. - They said they would not be able to deliver on Wednesday (seven working days from the date of pickup) and would deliver by Saturday. - Didn't receive anything on Saturday and they are closed on Sunday, so I followed up on Monday. They said they would deliver it the next day. - Finally received it on Wednesday, 2.5 weeks after the order was booked. And I am very sure I wouldn't have received it even then had I not kept following up. The second issue is that they tried to charge me extra. Part of it made sense because I had booked the basic blouse option and later changed the design. But they also tried to change the quoted price later for the other bookings (even though I had checked and confirmed everything via WhatsApp earlier and also booked on the site), which left a bad taste.

Extremely disappointed with the delivery timings. I was asked by them to come and get my order at a particular time today, which itself was 3 days later than the promised date. To top it off when I asked the staff to confirm when I can get the order she threw my brand new jacket on the table and justified herself saying she told me one of my blouses were altered and she isn't aware of the rest of the orders. Now I have been told that my order would be delivered maybe by today evening or by tomorrow afternoon while I am travelling for a wedding tomorrow. On top of that she also got offended when I asked why i was asked to come all the way from Whitefield when she doesn't know what is ready and what isn't. Yet to see how the stitching is. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as I had seen other people coming with the same complaints. And as a business they should know that getting offended and showing attitude to a customer you have inconvenienced is detrimental to you.

Finally a boutique experience I'm completely satisfied with! I gave them a reference for a dress and they made it exactly as I wanted it. Their design sensibility is modern and they gave me some good suggestions. Update: My second experience was slightly frustrating. Their communication was very poor, they delayed work by 5 days and made some silly mistakes too. Though they were very apologetic, I hope this was a one-off thing. But credit where it's due - their tailors are excellent!

I have had a major disappointing experience in the way they handle their clothing alteration services. Poor quality stitching and absolute damage of original clothes and inappropriate designing. May be they stiched better when it's new designs but the alteration to existing clothes is horrible and very damaging quality. Too costly , too much time consuming and absolutely they don't stick to the deadline and poor customer service. I wanted to give one star only but bcz they have done some descent job in picking up and then stitching new clothes, I have given 2 stars. Unfortunately even the billing was not given as a hard copy. I received some jpeg format bill without the letter head! That's what I meant there is no proper formal procedures too!

My location was far off from their tailoring center. In the confusion of the location and distance their pick up drop services was serviceable. Still they went ahead and attempted to take the order. Appreciate the team and especially their senior Purnima for addressing my grievance and getting it done for me promptly. I loved the way they have perfectly draped my ready to wear sarees. I simply loved them.

Reasons why you should try them out - - They're take up odd requests of not so traditional clothing. - They'll be as excited as you for what you're getting made. - They'll be very helpful and suggest well. - Shoutout to anyone who wants a random anime/comic inspired clothing made. That's what I got done as a gift and it's perfect.

Very bad experience. They not only delayed but were extremely unprofessional. Something that was supposed to be delivered at a certain time, just before 10 mins they sat to work on it. After calling them many many times enquiring about my dress the lady tells me tell me what needs to done with your dress whereas that was time I was supposed to get my dress. Highly unprofessional. The measurement etc every detail was shared yet the lady later tells me what are the measurement. Never trust such services

While exceptions and extenuating circumstances can and do occur, customers often look for reassurance regarding quality, pricing, and responsiveness, particularly during such times. I recently visited Fcom India for some designer blouse stitching, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My experience with fcom bangalore was very bad.when i went to give them the clothes for alteration they were very promising but after that it was horble for me.they did not respond to me for a long time and after which i contacted them,no one will reply to the call or would not even call back.faced many problems with them. Would just say that will never ever recomend anyone to fcom.worst service they offer.

Requesting everyone not to opt FCom tailors I would rate 0 stars if I had that option I’m extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of communication from your team. If the designer was on leave, why were orders being accepted in the first place? I was clearly promised that my blouses and sarees would be delivered within a week, with updates and images shared once the embroidery and design work began. However, after placing the order, there was complete radio silence—even after a week had passed. I had to call at least 20 times just to get an update. Despite all that, my order was only delivered nearly 20 days later. To make matters worse, one of the sarees was missing at the time of delivery. And the blouse I received was poorly stitched—nowhere close to what was promised. The saree border is also dirty The only positive aspect of this experience was the helpfulness of your employee, Sunita, who went above and beyond during delivery. She managed to do some urgent alterations on the spot and handed over the blouse, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, this entire experience ruined the excitement I had for my special occasion. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially considering the high prices you charge for such subpar service.

To be honest I hated the experience to the most! It becomes worse when we as customers feel completely helpless. It is rare to get this horrible customer experience. Let me narrate from beginning. When I called them for inquiry, they gave me appointment for some slot. When I reach there, the designer was not available. The staff available connected to the designer in video call. And she had to even guide the staffs on how to hold the measuring tape! I still had hopes. I told them that i shall come on the next Saturday at 9:30 am. I went late at 12pm. Then they tell me it is not available at the shop but in their unit, so they ask me to wait for an hour, and assure me that it will reach in 1 hr. We accept and come back in 1hr 15 mins. And it was not available still. Finally it arrived after 45 more mins of wait. And then the fitting was not good! Finishing was not good. Design was super average. Utterly disappointing! And then they ask another hour for correcting the fitting issue. Then we again wait for another hour. Even after that, there was no improvement in the fitting issue. Then they ask for 10 mins and make me wait for another 45 mins, until i had to shout my lungs out. Final outcome was pretty below average! Please avoid them, save yourself. If their kind of below average delivery is okay with you, go to any random tailor shop in any street.

Concept is good. They do a good job but consistency is a problem. I think they have staffing issues. So communication and taking instructions gets into problem. I think the owner must look at the ratings and reviews and take action. I had few issues. The team sent staff twice to take it back and rectify. Thats a good thing.

I rarely give 5 stars for anything because most reviews are either 5 stars or 1 star based on the customer's experience. Most don't actually provide a nuanced, highly thoughtful, and calibrated review because the easiest way to go about it is to give either a 5 or a 1 star. But FCOM (Indiranagar) truly deserves 5 stars for the quality of its multiple facets of the customer experience. From the moment you arrive, they are genuinely consultive in their approach and ensure that they set the right expectations (whatever is doable and not doable and the limitations of outcomes of the work done); the communication is made transparent so that we, as customers, know what to expect and are getting exactly what we are promised. It's so rare that businesses deliver precisely as communicated, even if it's not possible to do so. This clarity allows the customer to make an informed decision on whether to go ahead with the job or decide not to risk it. The onus is on us as the clarifications are made first-hand. It makes things a breeze to work with as they understand the issues that can arise from certain decisions, ranging from making challenging alterations to crazy experiments with garments. Of course, after this, the outcome of the work done is guaranteed to be satisfactory. Working with them is easy — even if you still need slight adjustments to make the job perfect (In my case, it's mostly garment alterations for a perfect fit). They oblige with ease, and the final completed work is quality work. I have not been disappointed till now and hope to be the same in the future. Trust me; I am a strong critic of people's work, and they haven't failed me once. This satisfaction of getting quality work + the clarity to ensure they understand what needs to be done + the expertise of knowing how it needs to be done + setting the right expectations (communicating clearly that if certain things are not possible or there could be limitations of implementing certain decisions/the outcomes of those decisions), gives me confidence and has built great trust in them and their work, which constantly keeps me coming back to them with more challenging jobs and complex tasks related to my garments. All in all, a great experience from start to finish.

I got my outfit custom tailored from Fcom. The final piece turned out well , and I appreciate the Designer Rakshita for the art and the creativity put forth into the designing. However, I feel there’s a need for improvement in terms of attending customers call via WhatsApp as well as Call. The outfit fitting wasn't upto the mark even after doing trials twice a time. So the fittings and other small small detailing was quite a disappointed for me.

I recently took my jeans and a couple of other pants to this tailor shop for alterations. The staff was professional and friendly, and they listened carefully to what I needed. The work was done on time, and the quality was excellent—my jeans and pants fit perfectly now. I’d definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking for reliable tailoring services. I’ll be coming back for any future alterations.

I came across their page while browsing through Insta and out of curiosity I visited the link. I mainly went ahead for recycling and using my old sarees for curtains and cushion covers. It all came out good....very convenient as well in your own space as they will schedule visit to your place for measurements and your final product also comes at your home... without you really stepping out.

They are not punctual and on time with their services. I was told to pick up on a Wednesday. I asked if I can pick up Wednesday morning and they assured me that my sarees will be ready with fall and pressing. I went to pick up Wednesday evening and they said 5 minutes. After 20 minutes of patiently sitting there when I asked what's happening they said they're pressing the sarees now! I had to wait almost for an hour and there was no real acknowledgement of the delay from their side. If they had just told me they're not ready i could have picked them up the next day. I did not appreciate the lack of honest communication at all. The quality of their work is okay, needless to see the rushed pressing of the sarees was a little shoddily done. Comparatively, their prices are higher than other tailoring services in the area. Would not recommend.

I gave them 2 expensive outfit. They only take measurement for fun. Both the outfit they have ruined completely. I even paid them extra to correct the measurement but the team is full of incapable tailor and designer and they have no regret for ruining someone's clothes. The team is not at all responsible and trustworthy. Pathetic service.

While the work is done, the customer experience & timely commitment is low priority on their list. Please do not pay full advance as per the website they are typically on the higher side. They will not refund nor maintain the timely pickup/drop. I had tough time to get them to attend my needs and finally had to give up on them and had to lose some money( preferred my peace and focus on my other priorities rather chasing them and believe their false promises)

Had given my pants for alteration along with a sample. Post alteration length was more by an inch. 4 pants given for alteration and all 4 have issues. I didn't check at the time of collecting but later they asked me to come back again. I told them to pick up from my place whoch is about 2kms away since I am pressed for time and though they initially agreed later didn't send anyone. Tried calling and messaging but no response. Just a regular tailor. Go to some local shop

I had an extremely disappointing experience with FCom, and I feel compelled to share it. The delivery of my order was significantly delayed, and the stitching quality was absolutely unacceptable. Despite multiple follow-ups and extending the delivery date, I received the kurthas just a day before I needed it. To make matters worse, the stitching was so poor that I had to rush to another shop to try fixing. The staff, including the tailor and the manager, appeared completely unaware and indifferent to the issues. The designer, who was supposed to assist, seemed disengaged and unhelpful throughout the process. During my visit, I noticed other customers walking out of the store in frustration, and the overall attitude of the staff was shockingly apathetic. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding FCom and exploring better options elsewhere. This shop is simply not worth your time or money.

Very bad experience and unprofessional attitude. They ruined an expensive fabric. Inspite of taking my measurement , the final product was 3 size small, I'll fitted. I had to follow up multiple times for delivery and the delivery was done at 11 pm at night. The buttons came out immediately and the cloth fitting was bad and beyond repair. If you are reading this, please go to regular tailor. Don't trust them.
