The experience has been highly disappointing from poor execution to lack of communication and professionalism. I felt compelled to bring this to your attention, as this level of service is not expected when you’re buying high value merchandise. I placed an order for my Istya outfit in February, and it was delivered in the first week of April with extremely poor blouse fitting. After raising the issue, the blouse was altered, but the result was even worse. Despite my clear request to have a new blouse made by the designer, this was not handled appropriately, and I eventually had to contact the designer directly and share my measurements myself, as the original measurements were incorrect.
Additionally, my sister had purchased another outfit which required alterations. Unfortunately, the alterations were not done correctly the first time. Without informing us, your store sent the outfit back to the designer. While a timeline was apparently provided to the store, your staff particularly Ishita failed to communicate any updates to us. She seemed unaware of the current status of the outfit and did not take responsibility for keeping us informed. With our travel scheduled for Tuesday, this lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating. Her only response has been that “it’s a Sunday,” which is unacceptable given the situation. To when I reached the store to check what’s really happening Shruthika mentioned it’s at the store. I regret not making this purchase at Pernias rather.

Came to Bangalore for wedding shopping and came across this store from instagram. Good collection and ended up loving a lengha on the discount rack. They do charge 2000 inr for priority alterations (2 days).
The plus points of this store were: clean, organized, good family shopping experience, tailoring.
Improvements: customer service, was told my lenghas for fitting would be ready at 4pm, sat for 2 hours until it was because they weren’t able to provide an accurate time. Then had to wait another 2 hours for final alterations, a job I was told should only take 30 min. Also did not appreciate the fake kindness by our sales rep. This was disappointing given how so many reviews spoke highly of the store’s service and just ate up so much of limited time.
Overall, go for the collection and tailoring but be weary of customer service.

Nice collection. I have visited the store many times over the years and bought a few pieces. However, there is a delay in alterations and sometimes they also charge for alterations which shouldn't be the case since they don't have sizes.

A huge thanks to Sonali, who made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. She took care of everything and made sure I had the best experience. Raji (RK) helped me with everything - from finding the right size to getting the piece customised with the designer. She kept me updated the whole time even about small delays and made sure everything was sorted till the product was delivered.
Overall, really happy with the experience.

Purchased a Niti Bothra Kurta set for a wedding. The staff were helpful in the selection. Although I expected the alteration could have been done much faster and not kept till the last minute as it was a very minor change. The kurta didn’t come with a dupatta. So I requested they arrange it from the designer before the event. They did their best to get it on time when it was going to take more than a week to procure it so that was wonderful. Would recommend this store to anyone as they have a pretty decent collection and it is hassle free when it’s last minute shopping for an event.

Made a customized purchase for a baby! There was a fault in the tailoring from the brand’s end based on hyderabad and we were so disappointed that even upon connecting with the designer wear directly they did not rectify.However when we addressed the same to the Armadio store they ensured they will have it redone and sourced the fabric from another city and did an excellent job in a short span of time! Special mention to Shruthika and Vatsha who promised to have it done and did it :)

I would have rated them negative 10 if there was an option. The staff try to overcharge for items. They even called the designer and threatened them to not sell the item directly to me. I would strictly recommend not to go here. Sakshi was the staff who I had met today in the store. I would shop at Pernias or house of Masaba instead of place where they not only cheat customers but also make sure you don’t get to buy the product from the designer. I liked a Niharika Shekhar’s outfit that I was planning to buy, Sakshi first promised to price match because the designer was offering me 15% discount on her website and these guys had the item at full price. Then when i said i will buy from the designer directly to get the 15% discount Sakshi called the designer and asked her not to offer me the discount. I am very disappointed with the staff. They not only lost one customer but I have strictly asked my friends and family to never shop from them

Very Poor service , I will not recommend anyone to ever shop from a place like that. They never deliver the outfits on time , poor coordination with the designers.

Got a customisation done and they said I’ll receive in 2 months. I didn’t get the outfit for 4 months. Very poor service
If you are planning to get an outfit for your main day then anyone reading this don’t go there. DO NOT SHOP FROM A PLACE WHERE THEY CANNOT GIVE A PROPER DELIVERY DAY. I’ve bought clothes from other multi designer store too but I’ve not faced any such problem with them.

I had to go and collect my outfit one day before the event. And I don’t live in Bangalore . They were supposed to courier which they did not and I wonder if I would’ve ever received the dress if I didn’t go

One of the worst store in Bangalore, one star is just for the collection and that’s where it ends, their alteration and stitch services are the worst, they completely ruined my blouse in the name of alteration and came up with all sorts of excuses after taking more than a month time. They do not deliver fresh pieces, my blouse was stained ,stitches on and in the blouse was rubbish, they had no patience to even check the product before delivering. Worst ever experience, I strongly recommend not to visit the store. Very pathetic service

She guilded me really very thought outfit selection to customization and Delivery .She has very good knowledge on colour and designs. Visited the Indiranagar store, for a bridal lehenga for my fiancée. As our wedding is a year away we did not accept to try on, but the staff there was very welcoming and we got an idea of what to expect. As there are very less designer stores in Banglore, we were glad to find designers from all over India here. Great collection and service

I’m rewriting this review again to say they absolutely didn’t care abt my review as they said in their reply. It’s deeply upsetting to meet people like this who enjoy cheating and lying to customers left n right. It’s shocking to see a designer studio cheat like a small store who cheat their customers for a few hundred bucks. Someone should give their management n staff lessons on ethics. They took my blouse for alteration twice n ruined it and then took zero responsibility. I asked to return tat alteration amount of Rs.3500 n after holding my ground over it for many days, they said ok n later I was blocked n not returned tat amount. That amount doesn’t make any difference for me but I’ve been troubled n treated wrong n I needed something to be done from their side. Seriously it’s sickening to see this kind of people. I could keep trying to get my money back but I don’t want to loose my mental peace over this
