It's disappointing to try and get a slot with them. I've been trying since about 9 months ! I've booked slots almost immediately after they announce it, for weeks later and each time they've cancelled it in the last moment without considering a rebooking for pre-booked slots - this has happened thrice easily. And when I asked about the repeated cancellation i didn't receive any acknowledgement or consideration for another slot.

I chose this place for my sister’s wedding reception outfit based on the glowing reviews, and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions we made during the wedding preparations. From the beginning, the experience was chaotic and unprofessional. There was absolutely no proper guidance from the so-called designer, no involvement, and no sense of responsibility. We were promised sketches and design updates, but they never bothered to send anything. Calls and messages were ignored most of the time unless we kept following up repeatedly. What was even worse was the outfit quality. Despite multiple trials, the fitting, finishing were still poor, and in the end, we had to compromise heavily on the original design just to get the outfit ready. For the amount charged, the service and quality were nowhere close to acceptable. The entire process was stressful, disappointing, and honestly felt like a complete waste of money and trust. They seem more interested in attracting customers with reviews and promises than actually delivering quality work or professional service. they might have strated off well, but not anymore for sure from the experience. Sharing this so others don’t end up going through the same frustrating experience we did.
