⭐☆☆☆☆ **An absolute disgrace — RZ Boutique ruined my clothes, abused me, and had zero accountability** I handed over MY blouse and 2 sarees for fall, piko, and stitching work ONE WEEK ago. I clearly communicated the urgency and they AGREED to have everything ready by Tuesday. Let that sink in — they agreed. They took the work. They had a full week. Come Tuesday evening, when I called to confirm pickup, these people had the audacity to derail the conversation, go silent, ghost my calls, and then when they finally picked up — spoke RUDELY. "Yes, I'll call you once we check." CHECK WHAT?! You had 7 DAYS. What exactly were you doing with my clothes for an entire week if you hadn't even checked the requirements? I had to travel that night. I waited until 10:30 PM. And what did I get? FOLDED AND STITCHED fabric instead of piko. When I pointed this out to the tailor, he had the nerve to ask "Do we have to do piko?" — SIR, THAT IS LITERALLY WHAT WAS ORDERED A WEEK AGO. I then sat there for TWO MORE HOURS while they attempted to fix my blouse according to my design. They managed to mess that up AGAIN. And then — and I genuinely cannot believe this — they had the shameless audacity to tell me that my body has issues and that's why the blouse wasn't fitting properly. MY BODY HAS ISSUES. That's their excuse for their own incompetent stitching. The fall was practically falling apart. Completely unfinished. The piko? They finally did it after being questioned repeatedly — and delivered the most unfinished, dirty, sloppy piko I have ever seen. When I questioned the quality AGAIN, they claimed the saree material was "hard to work with because it's soft." IT'S PASHMINA SILK. That is literally the nature of the fabric. If you don't know how to handle pashmina silk, you say that UPFRONT and decline the work. You do NOT take it, ruin it, and then blame the material for your own incompetence. They destroyed my saree. They destroyed my blouse. And when I asked them to either fix it properly or not charge me the full amount they were demanding for their botched work — the owner lady became VERBALLY ABUSIVE. Shouting. Screaming. Full-on aggression directed at a paying customer who simply wanted what she paid for. This is not a boutique. This is a place that takes your clothes, does nothing for a week, delivers ruined and incomplete work, blames your body and your fabric for their failures, and then physically and verbally intimidates you when you dare to hold them accountable. ZERO stars if I could. I left with damaged clothes, an empty wallet, and in complete shock at how a business can operate this way. Do yourself a favour — run far away from RZ Boutique. Your clothes and your dignity deserve better.

I have given my marriage saree blouse and lehenga fter seeing the reviews. I was supposed to leave home for function on Saturday and I asked the guy to deliver the blouse on Friday. It was not on tight schedule. There were ten days time to do stitching. I visited the boutique on Friday and he was just starting the stiching process.he promised the delivery before I leave to home. I got the blouse by Saturday evening but he told I can collect lehenga once I come back to Bangalore (remember I have my wedding reception and wanted to wear it for function) The blouse I got was completely loose which I cannot wear even by adjusting with safety pin. I asked him to keep a tie on the back which also he didn't do. I had to restitch the blouse after reaching my home town. I never had such a worst experience with stiching. I had to buy another lehenga since I didn't get it on time.if the stiching was perfect I would have understand the time constraints. This is totally unacceptable.please don't spoil the mood of people by delivering such an unprofessional stiching. Go and learntos stich first instead of manipulating fake reviews here.
