You visited our studio three separate times, and unfortunately each visit involved new demands, repeated bargaining, and changing requirements. Price & Fabric Clarity Initially, you asked only for a coat using a basic fabric, for which a quotation of ₹4,500 was given. Later, you returned requesting a premium jet-black Jodhpuri with metallic buttons, a category we normally sell at ₹10,000+. Due to your urgent next-day delivery request, repeated bargaining, and insistence, we reduced the price to ₹7,000, using plastic buttons, purely as a goodwill gesture. The price was changed multiple times at your own request before final confirmation, not by us. Measurements & Fitting Measurements were taken personally by me, with over 20 years of experience and 10,000+ customized outfits delivered. Length and fitting were clearly discussed and mutually agreed. You specifically said, “You decide what will look good.” A slightly relaxed Jodhpuri fit was suggested based on your straight body structure, which is a traditional and well-accepted Jodhpuri style, not a mistake. Still, despite zero profit, we agreed to additional alterations exactly as you demanded, valuing customer satisfaction. Conduct & Resolution Even after alterations, repeated arguments continued. At that point, to avoid further inconvenience for both sides, we made the rare decision to refund 100% of the amount immediately, including labor costs, something very few custom studios do. You took the entire refund, yet chose to post a damaging review afterward. Regarding Allegations No customer has ever been insulted at our studio. CCTV was mentioned only to clarify factual discussions, not as a threat. Claims of denial or lies are completely incorrect and unsupported. No store visit or measurements: The reviewer never personally visited our store, and no measurements were taken for any individual. 2. Employee-initiated request: An employee requested us to urgently make 4 random-size Modi jackets with embroidery, to be delivered within a single day. This was an internal request, and the limitations of random sizing and urgent delivery were explained clearly in advance. 3. No advance payment by the customer: The customer did not make any advance payment. The payment was made personally by the employee Raakhi, with full knowledge and clarity. At the time of delivery, the effort and workmanship were appreciated. 4. Personal dispute involved: It appears this review may be influenced by a personal dispute. Employee was later terminated due to internal reasons unrelated to our workmanship, and we believe this matter is now being unnecessarily misrepresented publicly.
