The service was great! Kalyani is very sweet. I came to them with an urgent request to up-cycle my saree into an umbrella gown. Very sad. Saw all the good reviews and went for some urgent bridal work. Very poor quality fall work, terrible fitting of blouse with poor local lining. On top of it, they did not accept their mistake. Ruined a super expensive Benarasi saree and said this is how it is done even if it is a lakh rupee saree. I am adding pics for you all to see. We paid in full and left with complete disappointment. Please try to avoid these badly behaved amateurs. Not worth the price they charge definitely. Wondering now, about their ratings.

We were surprised that you expressed dissatisfaction before attempting to steam iron the saree fall. We understand that mistakes can happen, and we're committed to making things right.
Regarding the blouse lining, we used high-quality, pure cotton double lining, which is the best available option in our local market. We take pride in our craftsmanship and materials.

My experience with Kalyani studios is awesome. First of all Kalyani has a very good sense of fashion and style..secondly she is very soft spoken and understanding…she listens to our requirement and suggests what looks good on the fabric. I also felt the prices were reasonable.

Not professional and not on time.
The designer made me wait for 20 min before she could attend. All this after reaching out to her and informing that I will be there at a particular time and post her confirmation.
On top of it, they seem to be extremely reluctant to admit their mistake. She would rather say timing issues would happen and when questioned if you can give the final blouse on time, they rather said if you can’t trust then you can leave. I was just firmly asking with professional tone. There was no shouting or any of that behaviour. Terrible customer experience. The helper is not properly trained, she wouldn’t know the materials she is showing or was able to suggest them. They are clearly overworked and not been able to manage it.

I gave 4-5 blouses for stitching. One was embroidery blouse (bridal blouse) as well.
I had to make a few visits for the perfect fitting for bridal blouse, but Kalyani maam and Roshni are perfectionists! They made sure to get the blouses to the perfect fitting.
A part of the embroidery of my blouse was falling apart, so Maam made sure to redo that complete sequence until things were perfect.
Rating 3, as the constant changes in the bridal blouse spoiled the blouse fabric at places. Especially at the shoulder that is going to be exposed and not covered by the pallu

Met kalyani a week ago as I was in need of a good designer for my blouses, I first decided to meet her to discuss my requirements and while I was discussing the same with her, she seemed very professional in her work, so then I decided to give her 2 blouses for stitching, based on my preferences she suggested me front and back design after which she confirmed the order.
So what I personally liked about her was that,
1. She had a lot of patience to answer all my questions and doubts and do not rush
2. She calls you to inform / confirm few things about the fabrics or design or changes to be made in case of the initial discussion is different from what her tailor is doing
3. And to my surprise she also has a push notifications set to our numbers to update us on each stage of the stitching process which gave a human touch for her business and honestly I had a smile on my face.
4. And also offer us a trial and even if I was convinced she Still noticed that few changes were to be made, the outcome was beautiful just the way I wanted
5. 10 out of 10 for Customer Service, Quality and Price. The minute you walk in, you are welcomed by the couple and your every need is taken care of, this will be my go to place for all my clothing needs.

In addition to brilliant work, the timelines to readiness is more than what one can ask for. She has a strong team of tailors and was able to get the product ready within a week. I also got a blouse stitched based on measurements and this has also turned out great with no need for any adjustments.

I ordered five sets of girls dresses and saree blouses. All came out perfect. My daughters dress got lot of appraisals in the marriage. Thou there are minor alterations she fixed ontime. Really appreciate Kalyani’s patience and her response. She was in touch over the phone all the time and never ignored the calls which I was looking for. Another service I like she does video calling from the store to know our interests. I highly recommend this Boutique.

Amazing service! Kalyani garu has vast fashion knowledge in color combinations! Sets up any saree with latest trendy blouses and gives great advice so you can get your outfit customized at reasonable prices! Extremely disappointed with the service and the quality of work. While charges are premium the experience is not. My blouse design wasn't matched neither was the fitting as expected. Save your time, money and effort and avoid the place.

Hi Vaishali Garu, Sorry for the inconvenience happened for you.
We gave you the perfect body fitting as per the the given measurements first and then you came tried it and you also confirmed it is perfect but you preferred to wear with little loose and we did the same for you and then you said you wanted to have little extra length of the blouse about an inch.
For this work, you came to studio @ 1:45 and mentioned to our staff that you wanted to have @ 2:30 PM. Our lunch break was at 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
To extend an inch of blouse, we need to open the waist line full with the piping and need to add lining & main fabric & piping again and it takes time to give you the Premium quality finishing.
We took little extra time to give you the finishing & ironing and you also saw that we were doing your work only, but you were not patient enough to wait & take your blouse.
We can't just do any work like that in 15 to 20 minutes. Every quality work takes time and we dont compromise on our quality stitching.
Though it took additional of 1:30 hours for us to do extra work you requested, we did it for you without any additional charges.
So just for waiting additional 30 minutes at studio, you wrote this Review, Think twice before writing any review Vaishali garu.
We were very calm & patiently finished your work with the smile though you were rushing at studio and were questioning about the time you had been waiting.
Anyway, Thank you for your review, we take this as an input to work better on communicating with the customers on time frames before considering any request.

I got my lehenga ,chudidars and coats stitched from Kalyani reddy studio. And all of them r perfectly done.. The overall look of any dress they stich s so perfect.Dont know how but Not able to get such look from other boutiques.
