I chose this place expecting premium service because of their pricing, but unfortunately the experience was the complete opposite. Almost every measurement was incorrect. The neck and sleeve designs were not stitched as requested. After giving the outfit back for alterations, the final result was even worse than before. My kurta took nearly 2 months, and despite the long wait, the stitching and fitting were still unsatisfactory. If you're considering getting clothes tailored here, think twice. They charge premium prices but fail to deliver even basic quality and attention to detail. Very disappointing experience.

I had given 3 blouses for stitching in February 2026 and paid around ₹5,600. One of the blouses was from a handloom saree worth nearly ₹40,000. What I received was a tailoring disaster — wrong measurements, tight armholes, incorrect sleeves, drooping shoulders, poor fitting, and terrible finishing. It honestly looked like the measurements had been taken carelessly without any attention to detail. What is even worse than the bad stitching is the pathetic customer service that followed. For more than 3 MONTHS, I have been continuously following up for corrections. I have made countless calls — easily over 200 follow-ups — and every single time I was given excuses: “Ma’am give me 5 days.” “Ma’am give me 10 days.” “There is another wedding order.” “Today this happened.” Not once did Deepika proactively call or update me. In fact, she would deliberately avoid taking my calls while keeping me endlessly hanging for months. At one point, they even sent one blouse back claiming the corrections were done, when literally NOTHING had been fixed. The blouse length that was supposedly increased had clearly not been touched at all. It felt like customers are simply being lied to in the hope that they will give up. The most shocking part was Deepika’s attitude. Instead of handling a disgruntled customer with accountability and professionalism, she behaved as though my order was a burden to her. Saying things like “I have wedding orders” to justify delays is absolutely ridiculous. If you are running a customer-facing business, learn how to treat paying customers with respect and urgency. Ironically, this was my SECOND time using CloudTailor. Last year I worked with another employee named Madhavi, and the experience was excellent. That positive experience is the only reason I returned. Unfortunately, this time has been an absolute nightmare. We are now in May and there is STILL no proper resolution. CloudTailor seriously needs to rethink whom they hire for customer-facing roles because employees like Deepika are ruining the brand’s reputation completely. Would never recommend this branch to anyone unless they are prepared for endless follow-ups, excuses, terrible communication, and zero accountability.

Got my wedding related sarees and blouses stitched and pre-pleated here. Great place! Dipika was very helpful and friendly - right from cut selection options, designs, precision in tailoring to finally packing the outfits - she guided and executed all along. And also, I can only seldom say this - but - they delivered it before time - such a fast execution really pleasantly surprised me. Lovely experience!

I recently got a half saree stretched in Cloud Tailor and I’m very happy with their Service and stretching quality was excellent, and the fitting was perfect for my body. The half said fit me very well and looked beautiful. I liked their work and attention of detail.
