I went with my mother after watching their Instagram reels and I must say that the experience was even better than my expectations. Each and every staff member I interacted with namely Vrinda, Rashmi, Amar and Promila served with a smile all the while trying their hardest to fulfil my requirements. Special mention for the owner Mrs. Rimple who gave fantastic styling tips and took out time for us despite being busy. Definitely going there again. Thankyou to the whole house of label team 😊

We had the best experience, at the store! The best part is expert guidance to help curate outfits, having a designer attend to you and give valuable suggestions is what every client needs! We had Pallika by our sides to assist us throughout and we could not have done it without her help! We walked out, smiling and laughing with our shopping bags! So happy with our purchases ❤️

It was my first purchase from them… I was greeted and well taken care of by the sweetest staff esp. Paru who very attentively paid heed to my exact requirements , plus I got the best styling advice from her . The place offers an extensive collection of Indian and western wear along with some stunning accessories. Some of the pieces are contemporary and chic … just what today’s younger generation is looking for. Go see for yourself , it’s a must visit store !

An honest review based on my recent experience as a person visiting from North America : If you are intending to buy something from here on order : make sure you give At least 2-2.5 months to get it back because I had a hard time getting all my pieces on time. If you plan on purchasing it right away from the store : this place is great ! You will find very interesting pieces and people working here are super efficient and friendly especially Pallika, Paru & Vrinda who I got in touch with the most. Please make sure if you plan on getting a piece made on order from here based on a the images you saw on social media: make sure you ask the staff or the curator about the exact pieces which are a part of the design as a lot of images are based on the curator’s sense of style and may have parts which might not be included in the final design. I purchased at least 7-8 items from here so hope this review helps!.

Honestly its all glam and glitz on the outside and absolutely disgraceful on the inside! The owner rimple and her staff is absolutely unprofessional and rude! They fail to meet deadlines and make empty promises! Such uncouth people under one establishment is so shocking! But when the owner herself lacks manners and respect for her clients what can one expect from her employees! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Please do not waste your time, rather directly contact the designers! Also, when i finally received my dress(10 days post the promised date) it came in such horrible packaging! Other mediocre websites and stores packs their stuff better than this so called multi designer store! Wish i could give it minus stars!

I recently ordered a beautiful outfit from House of Labels . It was such a good experience all together . Right from speaking to Ms Rimple and her team , the billing , the concern for my right measurements to receiving the outfit... it was all on point. The fit is so amazing and the outfit is as beautiful as I saw in the pictures . Thank you so much House of Labels & Rimple Bhandari 🫶 Mark me as your permanent client now 😀 ❤️

Very pathetic Service. The staff doesn’t know how to handle customer. I have tried to contact many times to Place my online Order every single time there is new person I am talking too. Every person has given me different prices for the same outfit. The Store Manager says i will Check WhatsApp and let you know which never happens. Looking at the label i was thinking it’s brand But very poor in customer service. If you can Not manage online customer you should only advertise in-store or just male Website where people can buy themselves and not depending on your staff.

Its a great pleasure to do business with such a renowned multi designer house. Rimple ma’am is such a down to earth personality who really support and make all her efforts to promote each n every brand displayed. Every department of the house, including sales accounts , esp. Pallika are very welcoming and cooperative. Thank you so much for ur love.

Good collection but unfortunately very bad dealing after you purchase. The thing that is promised to be delivered complementary was given after making uncountable calls and that too half of the things were delivered. This is the experience after making 1 lac plus purchase. Did not expect fuss over delivering minor things. Quite disappointing.

My first impression was very good as i also bought dress worth of 10,000. Rimple bhandari was very polite and sweet at first. Then , I ordered to make belt for my dress , and it was mismatch. When I complained she didn't even greet me. Moreover, they just pasted the market lace instead of embroidery. That was the worst experience after giving money, Rimple didn't even attend. Her attendant took all my complaints. Now i am going to another place to fix the belt of the dress. Harassing experience
