I had such an amazing experience with Queens Couture! Manan and Subash ji helped me create my shagun and wedding day outfits, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I had a clear vision for a very specific color and design, and they were incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process. We did multiple color swatch tests to make sure everything was absolutely perfect, and they never rushed me or compromised on quality. The craftsmanship and work done on the outfits were absolutely stunning—every element was thoughtfully executed and truly reflected the quality of their work. What I also really appreciated was how genuine and fair the pricing was, especially considering the level of customization and detail involved. Had a great experience for my bridal lehenga. I wanted to get customized pink ombre. From 1st inquiry visit to end of delivery the experience was really good. Manan sir himself including Subhash ji and sandeep ji continuously assured me that it will cone exactly what I want. They were kinda patient as it took them 3 trials to get color right but only proceeded after I gave a go. All in all a really good experience. Totally recommend. Love, Shruti ❣️

Extremely unprofessional people to be working with. Do not go here for any of your bridal shopping. From initial onset of purchasing my sisters reception lehenga, to taking drawings for customizing the blouse, to miscoordinating the fitting, losing the drawings, being late on getting the lehenga done - it has been a nightmare. They did not deliver the blouse as originally requested and sketched, lost the drawings and then blamed us for being unhappy with the final product. Unbelievable way to deal with your customers and there was no acknowledgment that they were even in the wrong and made a mistake, still wanted to charge us full price for a product we didn’t even agree on. Do NOT shop here. Just because you’ve been around for many years, does not mean you cut corners wherever you want. Edit: To respond to the businesses reply: 1) The order was NOT made according to the original instructions. The blouse was not designed accordingly and even your offers to fix it, would have shortened the blouse so much that it would not have been appropriate to wear. Your offer was useless in this regard, we had to deny it. When trying to rectify this, you claimed you did not have the drawing and did not know where the tailor put it - this is a fault of your practices and your system. 2) The family had already made it aware that they were coming from overseas for the fitting. Your inability to schedule fittings despite your entire store being mostly empty is questionable. Additionally, they’re already going out of their way to make the trip to come at your convenience - why make that experience negative for them? 3) You received 50% of the payment. Why would we give you the full payment without a final product? How does one reasonably see that being fair? 4) The bride accepted the changes and upon paying, the brides mother attempted to reason the price given the final product again, was NOT what the bride designed and what was agreed. The owner’s rude son, decides to approach the conversation aggressively hence prompting the rest of the family to step in. Just look at the rest of the negative reviews here, they’re all about his unapproachable, unprofessional behaviour. We’re not the only ones. If your approach to dealing with rightfully frustrated customers is to raise your voice rather than being understanding, then others should know about it before dealing with your business. Unacceptable. Do better.
