Very disappointing experience. I trusted this shop with my outfit for a special occasion, and they completely spoiled it. The fitting and finishing were very poor, and there was no proper response or effort to fix the issue. It ruined my special day. Definitely not worth the time or money.

Poor quality of stuff they sale. I bought two suits for 16000Rs and both of them are defected and now they said they will do finishing only not even exchange and no refund. I posted them to Australia. Very worst quality and defected as well, missing work

Got so many compliments on my dresses that i got from here , stitching and alterations were included , i didn’t have enough time but they got them ready on time , staff is very helpful and friendly too😇

Very worst experience. They have very bad tailor. He made my dresses dirty. And dresses looked worst after alterations. Never recommend to anyone. I bought a dress for 21k and other one for 5k They told me that they can give me the dresses altered and stitched in my size within 3 days but when i got the dresses i was shocked they ruined my both dresses they told me they will add 2 more kalis to my lehnga and alter it acc to my size but instead of kalis thet just out a small cloth patch and it looked pathetic. it was for a very important family function they ruined my function because of dress. Although they give my money back to me but i have to go again to get the money which was another problem they created because they told us that they will put the money in the account but they didnt until the day they promised and then we have to go again to get the money. It was really hard for me to go again and again there because i have disability. Never recommend anyone to shop there as they ask something and provide something else very worst stitching as well they should change there tailor and stop misguiding people.

The customer service of this shop is pathetic.
Don't even consider this shop the last one for your functions.
They ruined my saree. And the blouse was returned one day before marriage without stitching(that too when I went to get the saree, they informed about the damage and the unstiched blouse)
Before they pack your stuff, verify it nicely as they put the damaged piece inside for you.
I wish I could give a star less than 1.

They first sold xxl readymade suit to us and then later denied to alter that. Now they are suggesting to go to Jalandhar market and get dress alter there. They don't understand customer's pain who bought 8k dress and now is struggling to get dress altered. I will never shop here or recommend this to anyone.

Nice place which I discovered accidentally, probably because it was more crowded than other women clothes stores in near vicinity. Appeared to be very old shop, the owner was some 80+ years old gentleman. The store has 3 floors. Ground floor for items priced upto ₹10,000, 1st Floor upto ₹25,000 and 2nd floor above ₹25,000. They have many sales persons ready to help you. Good store with lots of variety and many Phulkari dress materials. Recommend this place.
