Sharing our honest experience with this tailor.
My husband first gave him 1 chef coat for stitching with a certain time period, which took him almost a month to deliver, despite repeated excuses — lack of buttons, button press machine unavailability, or personal family emergencies. Although the delays were frustrating, the final product was good, so we decided to trust him again and gave a second chef coat.
This time, he promised delivery in 2 days, claiming he already had the required buttons and everything was in place. However, it’s now been over 15 days, and the coat is still not ready. To make things worse, he has now completely stopped answering calls, which is extremely unprofessional.
We trusted him and made full payment in advance, but this experience has been highly disappointing. I would not recommend this tailor if you're looking for timely service and basic accountability.
