I had worst experience of my life with lady named Kinjal, im frustrated and posting this review.
initially it was good but it started when I wanted to get a lehenga stitched as per my design for my navratri event so I left a lehenga and one crop top made by another designer there as a reference. Somehow I didn't get stitched my lehenga from there and reference wala outfit was with her only (i called her and said porter it, she answered don't worry mam lehenga kidhar jaane wala hai, I thought chalo will take it later on) actually she talks a lot and trying to be overly sweet and skips important info. anyways there after diwali came i called her twice she didn't pick up and then in the month of Feb I had an event in ahmedabad I wanted to wear it, called her on 5th Feb and told to finally porter it, bhaisaab lehenga has turned into pochha, 100 stains, torn in many places but all this rubbish she didn't tell me once on phone in all these months that mam your lehenga is no more alive im sure she rented my outfit several times and crop top as well, I was boiling with anger called her almost 15 times she didn't pick up once and after 3 days she dropped a single msg I will do this after 13th. And today its 26th Feb no call or msg from her, zero professionalism zeo customer service and now I understand y nobody chooses this place i was fool. My lehenga and top costed me total around 9 to 10k It was such a pretty lehenga she completely ruined it. But im not going to give up on this easily, I will still wait and if nothing happens then just wait Kinjal ben.
One more thing she says on chat lehenga ki responsibly meri nahi hai, sirf 15 days tak hum dhyan rakhte hai, she could have told me same thing in the first 15 days as well.I was surprised with this answer when I called her to send me back my lehenga she dint and now all this things. Im sure she didn't want to give me back intentionally. Jo 5-10 reviews hai all are from her friends or cousins because I just don't understand how people can work with such attitude. Visit this place at your own risk, 1000% not recommended.
