Tailors Point

Tailor point and their team (Yasin Bhai) has been taking care of my cloths for the last 10-15 years. Though I am Mumbai based, but I try to either travel to Ahmedabad or request the team to make my cloths and courier the same to Mumbai. There is also flexibility to choose cloths along with Master who know which cloth will look good and can be tailored as per individual's needs. I get most of my clothing requirements - both for office and personal events through Tailor point. Their service is impeccable and highly recommend.

Worst place to go for. Their tailor provides false promises and expectations. Especially to anyone who’s trying to match the time schedule from abroad, their tailors are adamant on taking measurements on IST rather than adjusting a bit based on other time zones. The tailor(master) was highly unprofessional and rude. If you are looking for a good outfit which is to be completed on time, this might be the last place you wanna visit.

Worst expereince, the people there need training. No deadlines meet. No one is responsible to even properly answer, once you order, you have to push the people to get it done in timeline. Personally after my trail date it took them 7 days to get a trail yet fail to deliver on time. Full of fake promises and lies - never ever get any order done here. I would stronglg recommend male order for the same. These people have zero courtesy to even call back, i have made nearly 10 calls in past 3 days but no resolution. Just false commitments. *If you have a certain timeline , never ever order from here. Or it would be a hell for you* I gaved them nearly a month yet they failed to deliver on my occasion. After paying 30 to 35k this is how a consumer gets treated. Irony is they have the audacity to ask 70% advance, yet they fail all their promises. If my functions are hindered just because of their negligence i will surely take necessary steps legally. Facts check - My trail was on 13th, i got a call on 12th saying give us one more day and they literally requested and convinced me to move dates just casue they all wanted to celebrate uttarayan, out of goodness i moved the date to 16th, yet no call came. I called them on 17th and they had no idea of my order, its 19th today yet no call, they dont even receive my calls. The tailor , the sales guys every one here is a lier and cheater. In trial the clothes were not ready , they gaved me someone elses size to try on. Which was even worst when i paid it for a new tailored suit. No one responsible to answer or to even stream line the process, no manager, no owner who might be interested in customer experience and satisfaction. Strongly recommend you a different place, but not here.

Worst Tailor in Gujarat. They kept saying it would be a perfect fit. However sleeves were short didn't even get the Kurto past my shoulders. Didnt leave any silay for alteration. They lack fundamental understanding of fitting anyone. They messed up a koti which is the simplest concept. Nothing fit from them. 0 guarantee on fitting and 0 refunds given.

It’s a premium shop where you can get al the different types of suits and different attire for every type of occasion. Also, the service provided is fast and good. It has a wide variety of designs for marriage related clothes and it’s related accessories. The people working over there are also very supportive and have good sense of clothing to help us suggest what will go with our look.

Salesman I met was treated customer on basis of your look as I feel as per my experience. And show me less products as he is not interested to sell me. I bought nd after 8 months when I went back to alter my pant master show me attitude for alterations.. collection is good.only salesman nd master behaviour not good. Go to Raymond, Girish coldrinks c.g road instead of tailors point.

Cloth price, suit fabric, shirt fabric is available. They have ready made men's clothing as well as stichistsof sherwani, shirts and suit. But they a very EXPENSIVE. Not for the average middle-class. They also provide women's tailors for western outfits. If you go to them, be prepared to give easily a 10day time for even trials of tailored clothes. No Avant garde fashion available. The store can be spotted easily. But staff and owner are pretty arrogant. Don't expect any adjustments in time or cost of delivery.
