I would also like to thank Himanshu for his exceptional customer service. He patiently showed me a wide range of shirt and pant materials, colours, and shades, helping me choose the best options. His friendly attitude and product knowledge made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Mr Vrajesh at the main reception is an extremely RUDE person. I have had the worst experience with him twice where he talks to us in the most rude way. We had trouble with our membership number and we were asking for their help, he said its your problem. We cannot do anything. Lena hai toh le. Terrible terrible way of treating customers. Had this fight twice with him, he kept shouting at us. Horrible service

Today I visited Jade Blue, Ahmedabad (CG Road) for my marriage shopping. Gyan Sir assisted me and my family very well. He was very patient and gave us enough time to see and choose outfits comfortably.
He suggested colours and styles as per the latest trends and guided me to get the best groom look. I was stuck with my shopping for the last few months, but today Gyan Sir really helped and made the process easy.

I bought trousers from this store and initially while I tried them at the store they looked completely fine, however I had to give the trousers for alterations. After I received the trousers from alterations and tried them on, the stitches started coming out, the belt loop tore off immediately and it felt like a very cheap material. When I went back to the store they said they will stitch the trousers for me and it will take 25 days, which is completely ridiculous as I spent a lot of money at the store and have been a regular customer for years and spending a good amount of money. Completely disappointed in the service provided and they wouldn't give me a refund or a new pair. Would never recommend it to anyone. and they are not deserve one star either.

Jade Blue. The place where every wedding outfit finds its perfect place. We had a full family men’s’ shopping at Jadeblue CG road and the fittings, the collection and the hospitality is at its best. The staff, specially Gyanbhai and Jigneshbhai served very well from the day 1 selection till the end day of outfit delivery. Amtullah madam, the designer and the HOD here explained the designed perfectly and coordinated so well with the staff for our outfits to make our wedding functions glam.

Amazing collection as always. Salesperson on the first floor are more helpful. It took time but the fellow helped me pair up a gift for my husband. He was extremely patient, tried to understand what exactly I was looking for, took a genuine interest, it is totally appreciated. Whereas, the formal section people, no clue what were they thinking but literally told me I won't find what I'm looking for in that section whereas I actually liked the shirts but honestly skipped out cause of their bad attitude. It was visible in plain sight that they just didn't want to put efforts, and they actually misguided me, as I was on way out, the watchman uncle guided as to where the first floor section was. God save me from such salesman if I ever own a store who are shooing away the customers like this!!

Absolutely the worst customer service! This guy named RD especially is rude and no sense of responsibility. Item is not ready ever on promised delivery date!! They have no courtesy to inform the customer that item is not ready for pickup but rather wait for me to show up at the store to let me know. My wedding is getting close and they keep delaying with bullshit excuses. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

WORST behavior by Mr Vrajesh at the reception of this Jade Blue. He has no sense of talking to a customer, and he was EXTREMELY RUDE. I have had this experience with this same person TWICE. He SHOUTED at us while we were trying to sort out some membership issue. He kept saying that because of DnD in my phone, I am not receiving OTP of discount. Not ready to help, his response was 'Its YOUR problem'.

I came here for my fiance’s outfits and we worked with Vinod bhai. He has been incredibly helpful. We have selected Nikhil’s Sangeet and Ceremony outfit and Vinod bhai matched both to my lehngas. He has been very accommodating with our tight timelines since we are from the US. He also has a very good taste, knowing what matches just from a few pictures. Mr. Gyanbhai had shown me Indo western suits to me. He guided me thoroughly. And he helped me a lot in selecting appropriate Indo western suit for me. At that time pant was not ready as it was a fresh new piece. So, at Ahmedabad branch they took my measurements and after getting ready my pant, Gyanbhai sent it to bharuch branch of Jade Blue on time. The fitting of my pant was also found perfect.
I would definitely prefer to buy from Jade Blue again.

One of the best wedding and casual garment mens wear clothing store at C.G. Road at near Swastik char rasta. The store is located on First floor with 3 story diffrent section , lift and rest room available.
All branded mini store and its own brande clothes are available.
The sherwani, west coat and party wear collection of mens wear is amazing, lots of variety available in display.
Staff are very courtious and helpful.
Fitting rooms available.
In a day or 2 day they give the fitting done.
Service always fast.
Parking available at ground floor is paid parking.

Today bought one shirt, due to Salesman’s mistake for bigger size, I have paid penalty of total value of short. I realised after ironing shirt so went to store and explained them but response was very sick and not upto the mark. So left shirt at store without taking replacement of correct size.
