I don't want to give even one single star. But had to say these. The shop is very very High priced. The below pieces were costed around 2500-3500 plus. What a bad collection. I didn't had an option and it was damn urgent l so I had to purchase one of these priced 3200/-. Just wore once and now my 3200 is lying in the corner of my wardrobe as a waste.

Great store, looks small from outside but is more in length on the top floor and as a surprise has kids and ladies section on the basement much larger than on top floor which is actually the road level. The store has been divided in brands, with dedicated displays and counter tops to each brand. It is quite convenient but can get exhaustive also as most brands have the same products. For example if you are looking for polo tee shirts, Lee, Zodiac, US Polo, Zara may have them. But you got to visit each counter to select your choice. And at each counter you leave what you have selected. At the end you compare to come to some conclusion. It's fun if you have the time and patience.

It was brilliant experience. I was very happy with that because I have purchased jeans shirts very good collection. They have branded and good discounts. Love to meet manager Mr Adil. He is a very nice person and a person who can give best services. I think he should promoted if you want to buy anything, please go to the Bachumal son Sadar Bazaar

I had made a purchase of Rs 10000rs from their place in which two lowers were for the same price. These people bought one They changed one lower to a higher price of Rs 2785rs I had left both the people for the altar and they gave me 3 days time for it.When I checked my bill after 15 minutes, I saw that the lower price was more expensive, so I called these people at the shop So they say, Sir, your lower has been altered. I said, how did it happen so soon? I did not want this piece, so I refused to alter it These people change the clothes. Whenever you shop from here, check the price because these people change a lot. These are chatter people. Do not shop from here. They give very expensive price and make the expensive piece look cheap. Let's keep it Look at this, one lower has a tag on it and on the other he has simply written it by hand.

They are cheaters .. they have applied 15% discount instead of 50% when i asked for the refund they are saying you will have to come to aagra from delhi.. after 5 days of followups they finally said it was 15% discount only.. we cant refund anything..itna bada showroom khol k chindi chori kar rhe hai..pathetic experience.. i did shopping on my visit to aagra on 12th for 11k still they dont obelige their customer. just for the sake of 650 rs.. they showed their values, their customer dealing .. most pathetic experience of shopping.. never recommend anyone🙏🏻🙏🏻

I've visited this store once. Their staff is really well mannered and supportive + they don't get annoyed even if you're not able to choose from what they have But some of the items that I purchased from here are really bad one of my shirt from levis and a short kurta from celio both of them faded just after 2 to 3 wash and continue to leave colour till date And both of them were really expensive My mother bought two sarees during a sale in which one of them had a completely yellow stained pallu while the other ha some issue in length to breadth ratio making it difficult to wear The later one is still wearable but the first one is lying in the corner since that day It was a mistake from our side to of not checking the product when buying but I think if they are selling such defected products in sale they should atleast mention it If you happen to buy something in a sale please check the piece carefully for sure

I have been a resident of Agra since 30 years and have been purchasing from Bachoomal since a very long time, I think even before my birth my parents used to buy from here. In Agra, because of the scarcity of malls, Bachoomal is the only place left where one can get all brands under one roof. This is a plus point of it. But if I compare it to the older times, the variety has degraded, moreover, in the Sadar Bachoomal , earlier, a few years ago, they used to keep good stuff but now I feel the products are not that upto the mark in all genders. And on top of that if I look at the pricing of the products even some brands are local but they are charging so high, that is burden on the pockets of the consumers. The quality and variety has degraded with time. Improvement is required in both the fields along with price check. This is what I feel since same products are available at a much higher discount online. And some brands are local which they try to sell at the same rates as branded products.

Very poor delivery staff... I purchased a shirt on 16 Feb 20 but it needed few alterations. They promised to deliver it after alteration at 4pm on 17 Feb 20. On 17th, I had an important meeting so I called them up twice to confirm. The delivery staff confirmed that it was ready and kept at counter. I quickly reached there only to find he was lying, & had no idea of my shirt. Then they started searching for my shirt, and after making me wait for 15-20 min told me to come back after 1 hour. I told to deliver it at my place but he refused. Very poor service. Not a recommended place.
