As for being “judged by appearance,” we’d like to clarify that our staff follows a strict first-come, first-serve policy during peak season — irrespective of how anyone is dressed. Management is personally instructed to monitor and assist those waiting. Every customer at Dimple Collection — whether purchasing for ₹500 or ₹5 lakh — is treated with equal priority and respect. Regarding your visit, our records confirm that your outfit issue was attended to and delivered as committed. Home delivery simply isn’t feasible during peak season, as our team handles numerous fittings in-store for waiting customers. We’ve built this brand on trust, not transactions — since 1977. Altered garments cannot be resold, which is why full payment is mandatory before alteration begins. This policy is uniform for all customers and is non-negotiable, regardless of bill value. Comparisons with other stores do not change how our operations are structured. 2️⃣ Hospitality During Peak Season ⏳ Wedding season is an extremely high-footfall period. While we try our best to extend basic courtesies, refreshments are subject to availability and operational constraints. Lack of tea/coffee cannot be equated with “poor behavior” when the staff is actively managing multiple customers simultaneously. 3️⃣ No Exchange / No Return Policy 🧾 Our no-exchange, no-return policy is communicated clearly and upfront. We are also the only store in Agra that stamps “NO EXCHANGE / NO RETURN” in red on the bill before handing it to the customer, specifically to avoid any confusion later. When a purchase is made with this level of written and verbal clarity, raising objections afterward naturally raises questions about how this could have been communicated more transparently.
