Beware of this tailor. The tailor's attitude was horrible, to be honest. He acted like he was doing me a favor by taking my order and was very casual when I asked for clarification on the changes. I felt unwelcome. The whole experience was unpleasant. The tailor seemed impatient and interrupted me several times when I was explaining what I needed. He made no effort to build rapport with me or make me feel like a valued customer. The shop owner was rude and disrespectful when I asked about different fabrics and design options. He made me feel stupid for not knowing much and didn't offer any helpful guidance. Customer service was nonexistent. The shop owner's attitude was really shocking. He was evasive when I asked about a particular style and acted as if my choice was inconvenient for me. Any attempt to discuss options was met with a rude 'this is how we do it here' response. I had a very bad experience at this shop. The tailor I spoke to initially did not seem interested in helping me and when I raised concerns about the fitting, the owner intervened and behaved extremely rudely. He was not willing to consider any adjustments and insisted that the problem was with 'my body' and not the tailoring. There was a total lack of customer service skills." Overall the interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. The owner behaved as if he was doing me a favor. When I asked for a slightly different design, he scoffed and said it wasn't 'traditional' enough for his shop. His strict commitment to old styles and rude behavior led to a very unpleasant experience. The owner was not willing to fulfill a small request of mine. He made me feel like I was being unreasonable for even asking. His poor attitude and rigid policies reflect a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The owner's behavior was unacceptable. He was impatient, constantly interrupted me, and made me feel rushed when I was trying to explain my point. When I asked a follow-up question, he got annoyed and made it clear that he didn't have time for me. His rigid way of working and the owner's rudeness made it a very frustrating experience. Apart from the appalling behavior, the prices quoted were exorbitant, Especially considering the lack of any quality in the initial interaction. When I politely asked about a possible discount, I was met with a rude and curt refusal, as if the suggestion itself was offensive. It felt like they had absolutely no interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. Honestly, this was the worst experience I've ever had with any service provider. The combination of rude behavior, terrible customer service, inflated prices and a complete unwillingness to consider even a small discount makes this shop worth avoiding at all costs. Save yourself the headache and take your clothes elsewhere. You'll likely find better quality, service and far more respectful treatment.
