Regarding the design, the garment was finished exactly according to the choices you made and the measurements provided. While we never say no to minor alterations for fit, you requested major design changes after the garment was already completed. In boutique tailoring, structural changes to the design are not possible once the piece is finished. We delivered a high-quality, perfectly fitted garment despite facing a crisis, and we stand by our work. We wish you the best."
