B-More, I don’t have words to express my experience in the store. This is one of the best MBOs I have ever seen in India. All the premium brands look even better than in the EBO stores. Horrible experience with the tailors. Would not recommend going here, very bad service in the tailoring department. Good collection and materials but the people are rude and full of themselves. Decided to walk away and take my business elsewhere because of them even after I had purchased the cloth material. Management needs to take notice and make a change.

I have a very very bad experience with Bmore Parle point I baught ready made clothes worth more then 1lakh many pices of shirts ,t shirts ,trousers jeans what they did 1 shirt they gave me wrong size by mistake of staff I went to change it and unfortunately they were not having it in stock so I told them please give me any shirt which is on sale and they gave me from upstairs when I came to counter cashier refuse to give me and he call owner of shop and owner also told me he can not give me shirts which is on special because I returned I have to take only from the item which is not on sale I explained him that it was given to me by mistake from his staff he did not listen to me and started behaving like I am begger After that I told them to refund me money for 1 shirt which was 1400 rupees oh my god after that he gave me big trouble and I got my refund after an hour after long struggle I decided I will never buy anything from that shop

We purchased Jodhpuri and tuxedo suits from sales representative Rohit Sharma. As I was going Melbourne, he managed to get it prepared within week and after trial, done final fitting at store in an hour. Rohit Sharma helped us lot and provided great customer service. Thanks to Rohit Sharma and I will definitely purchase again in future.

Coming from the USA? This is the place to shop for men’s clothes! The service and experience are the best I’ve ever had. All the staff across the floors take amazing care of you. I requested alterations for a few pairs of pants, and they were done perfectly in just a couple of hours. Later, I noticed a small issue with one of the alterations, and the staff member, Denish, stepped up big time to fix it. He even had the corrected pants shipped to my hometown in less than 12 hours. Highly recommend!

It is usually good. Staff is good. But this time i had ordered tuxedos it was loose by 3-4 inches even after giving measurements , Ithink in tailiring6it is a big blunder. Again after altering it there were issues. i am rrally not satisfied. The owners should teally take this very seriously.

I recently visited the "Bemore" store to shop for a casuals. At the time of purchase, I asked the billing person if I could get a credit note in case I didn't like the items, and he confirmed that I could. However, when I returned two days later to return the products, I was told that I could not get a credit note and could only exchange items within the same brand during the sale. Additionally, the salesman was uninterested in assisting me and displayed a poor attitude.

Terrible service, try to avoid as much as possible. No eye contact, no hi or hello from associates. I picked two sets and was walking in the dressing room. One of the employee apparently some sort of supervisor asked me to give them to some other employee who will hold on to them while I try one set. By the time I came out of the dressing room, my clothes they were supposed to be holding was given to someone else.. Too bad..Never again in this store..
