I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Libas Tailor. Despite multiple attempts, my calls went unanswered, and I was unable to get any assistance or updates on my order.
What's even more concerning is the complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction. It seems like once they've received the order, customers are no longer a priority.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect, especially from a business that relies on customer loyalty. Unfortunately, Libas Tailor fell short of my expectations.

I give them to stitch a kurta Pajama they took my size and when i came to receive my product i found they didn't stitch well kurta was too fit and finishing were not good at all and they start explaining no its perfect for you you could come after a wash we will lose it and many things. Honesty the head one tailor is talking rubbish and rude way i promise myself that i will never come his shop again.

One of the best places with amazing rates for any of your clothes. I really liked the range of options they give you and the prices are better than anywhere in Ranchi. Highly recommended.

Fraud. Waste of money and cloth..
swapped the superior quality cloth ,[linen], which i had given for stitching, with a inferior quality [terrycotton], and agued that i had given the same material for stitching,.,
Even the pattern of cloth cutting stapled with receipt , did not match with the shirt and pant.
..Also, the finishing is not good, looks like a novice is stitching cloth for cutting the cost.
One can surely go this shop to get clothes stitched, if one wants to waste their hard earned money.
