“We got our kurti altered here. The fitting was okay, but it took a little longer than expected. The stitching was neat, though not perfect. Prices are reasonable, but overall the service could be a bit more efficient.”

Terrible service. Straight up refused to even try a simple tuck and stitch. The same thing got done in 5 mins in the Camp Sartaj branch. The Kondhwa branch tailors are clearly lazy and don't want to work.

*Disappointing Experience*
I recently visited Sartaj Tailor on NIBM Road for alterations and fittings for my mother's simple clothes. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.
*Issues Faced:*
1. Poor Communication: The tailor was unresponsive and uncooperative throughout the process.
2. Lack of Professionalism: The staff displayed irresponsible behavior and didn't address our concerns.
3. Inefficient Service: Despite giving 5 clothes for fitting and size alteration, no progress was made.
*Will I Recommend?:* No

I have visited this place many time and the people here are really nice and skilled except the one who sits near the door. My experience with him this time was very bad. He is onto any person who enters the door and takes their alteration and is in a very hurry to complete. Then he’ll complete them in haste and would do all wrong with the length. Shows he doesn’t have much experience, he just has speed. And after that he says you can come back if something is wrong but when you go back he charges you again. First time I did 5 clothes and 3 out of them were wrongly altered (PS he will also cut your pants so be alert). Next time I went to correct 2 and had 2 more fresh piece which I gave to other person who I knew but the first person fought with this guy and took back those 2 pants saying its his customer and again ruined 1 out of them.

Not as expected.
They treat your clothes like anything. They don't care about your clothes are branded or not. They just want to finish their work.
As per the price tag we expect good alteration but it's not. No good finish.
I will not recommend it.

If you love your clothes, don't go to these folks. They damaged 2 of my trousers while opening the stitches hurriedly. Worst alteration of the clothes. The guy will just open and stitch it, no measurement whatsoever.

If there Fast And Furious team for alterations, then this is the place. Got my shirts n trousers altered post loosing tins of weight. They are just super fast and accurate (almost) when it comes to alterations. Sannawwar was the guy who made my alterations. He was just amazing very polite , patient and very friendly. Loved the experience. A "Go To" place for all kinds of alterations.

The staff is not friendly and trained to make money only. They dont care about your choices. I recommend to go here for pant alterations only. Because they dont want to spend much time on shirt alteration which usually requires as shirts have to be stitched in a different way and takes much time in cutting and all. But only they do is, they sew your shirts from both side without any proper measurement and cutting and hand it over to you. That is my personal experience.

They do all kinds of alteration for both men and women. They will ask you to try the dress in their changing room, then will take measurements for alteration. Once alteration is done you can try again to check. The only downside for which I gave 4 star is that it is very expensive.

- wear the clothes in Trial Room which needs to be altered
- give the measurement
- change the clothes and give the clothes which needs to be ultered
- the clothes gets ultered on spot within 15-30 min
- take trial of fitting and confirm if yes final finish will be done if not they do the necessary ulter and give to trial..
- the final touch is given in 10min and you can carry your clothes

The kondhwa branch is disappointing. Staff at the MG road branch is quicker and more skilled. At the kobdhwa branch they make you wait a lot and the quality of work is poor.

I have more than one bad experiences here, they don't listen exactly what you want and forget about the quality. Only go there if you want something urgent and you don't mind the quality. Please do ask how much it's going to cost in advance otherwise these people will charge you whatever they want.
