Very disappointing experience.
The fitting was absolutely the worst- nothing matched the measurements given. The design I asked for was completely changed without any discussion, and the final outfit looked nothing like what was promised. On top of that, the lady at the shop has a very rude and unprofessional attitude, especially when concerns are raised. No willingness to listen or correct mistakes.
I would not recommend Indian Thread, Phase 3, to anyone looking for quality tailoring or decent customer service.

The tailoring service at this shop is extremely disappointing. They consistently fail to deliver on time, requiring repeated visits. Moreover, they don’t follow the requested designs, instead stitching according to their own preferences, often ruining the garment in the process. Completely unreliable and not worth it.

I have never had such a bad experience in my life with any shop. I gave my Kerala style white sari for fall bidding, they lost it. Then they asked me to wait for 10 days so that they can give me new sari in similar style. They never called me, I kept following up for 1.5 months I got replies like stock has not come yet etc. Finally, I asked them to refund money for the sari which my mother gave me as a gift which they lost, they argued that the sari doesn't seem to cost the amount I asked.I chose this shop and this is what I got in return the lady also said she is not interested to talk when I expressed my frustration of the treatment. I lost my sari and also did not get the correct refund of the sari she send 1k which I agreed because I didn't want to continue any conversation with them. These are the most frustrating, unprofessional, arrogant people I have even seen. Extremely horrible experience.I would never ever recommend this shop to even my enemy.

Pathetic service and that too after charging a lot.No timely delivery and even for repairing work of 20 mins they will take days and still when you go to collect the product they will start repairing in front of you.

Nicest and calmest people here and they stitch like professionals and your clothes will be maintained nicely like you won't experience stones or some thread work getting broken. There's lot of neatness in pieces stitched. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If you are in phase 3 than visit this boutique alone. As I had an Horrible experience with the other boutique in phase 3

I won't recommend this place at least for blouse stitching. First of all, I had given a blouse a week before. When I went on a given deadline and asked for a blouse, It was not ready and they started stitching in front of me. Secondly, fitting wise it was not up to the mark. I tried it then I asked them to fit 2-3 times. That was also not properly done. Stitches were not proper, and I had to again go to the shop after 3-4 days to re-stitch.
I had a bad experience with the Indian threads. The blouse stitching was not priced worthy.

Very unprofessional and rude.
Never delivers on time.
He was supposed to deliver the dress by 4th. He gave it today on 13th after repeatedly requesting.
He has completely ruined my dress. He has increased the height by a foot.
Not design sense at all.

i gave them a coord set to be stitched. Explaining thoroughly what I wanted. But when I went to try it I saw that they had made it the way they thought it would look good. Explaining ‘ eisa hi acha lagta hein’ They had changed the pattern. It was ill fitting and had an awkward fall. They kept defending themselves and were not sorry about it.
I am a designer and know the A-Z of stitching. But they didn’t know that . Due to lack of time and urgency I had to give it to them. Very very disappointing experience. I couldn’t wear it for the occasion i had made it for. It is dumped in the closet forever.

I stiched 5 dress materials from this shop and all the dress materials were stiched extremely tight inspite of taking correct measurements..very unprofessional tailor.Next time I visited again to alter it and make it loose that time also the tailor wasn't available!!one more person was available in the shop I asked him to call that tailor and ask how much time it will take for him to reach but then as usual that person had dumb reaction on his face...👎no fix timings of tailors to come to shop..The shop will open always late...Very bad service...I gave my all dresses to other tailor to alter it but unfortunately I have to pay extra again for that but I got it done in 1 day itself...Kindly hire professional tailors at your shop!!!
