I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this Bobby tailor. There was a clear commitment made regarding the delivery timeline, but despite telling him clearly, the work was not completed as promised. At the final moment, instead of taking responsibility, the tailor backed off and refused to deliver on the commitment. And later asked for extra money which was already included and clearly discussed at the time of discussion. This caused major inconvenience due to last minute changes. Such unprofessional behaviour and false promises are unacceptable. Customers trust tailors based on commitment and timelines — if that cannot be honoured, then it is not reliable service. I would advise others to be cautious and get clarity in writing before giving any important work to avoid such last-minute issues. I also want to highlight that when the matter was taken to the owner, instead of understanding the issue, the owner blindly supported the tailor even though the mistake was clearly from their side. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, listening to customer concerns, or taking accountability, the owner defended the false commitment, wrong workmanship and unethical demand for extra money. This kind of biased support from owner shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. A business owner should correct their staff when they are wrong, maintain service standards, and protect customer trust — not justify unprofessional behaviour and rude communication. Because of this attitude of supporting wrong actions instead of fixing the problem, the entire experience became even more stressful, disrespectful and disappointing and that too for the engagement blouse. This is not how a genuine, responsible or customer-centric business should function. Not at all recommended to anyone.
