Pathetic Service and Casual Attitude Towrads Customers, Ordered 2 Jacket because my Size was not available and they said you will get delivery in next 24 hours , when I went there next day my order was not there and then didn’t even inform me about it, I gave them call next day they said it arrived and I went there only 1 jacket was arrived and other jacket was yet to come but they said both the jackets had arrived and I got the jacket delivered after one week and I had to do the follow up for it, I mean even local retail clothing shops inform you if delivery is getting late, even after paying so much they don’t know how to deliver, BAS NAAM KAA BRAND HAI

Make Sure he don’t attend you otherwise you don’t get anything on time

Stitching facility is not at all organized. They took more than twenty days to give first trial of my trousers. Post that no one called me to tell me that my trousers are ready. Totally unprofessional staff.

Pathetic very sad with the purchase. Spend 25k on a made to measure suit it was so ill fitted despite running around for a month and multiple alterations no use. Not expected from a brand like Raymonds, I spend looking at the brand and the commercials showing such technical procedure to prepare made to measure suits. Looks like it’s for fooling people by showing fancy commercial. All the money Goes into drain not getting proper escalation root. Any official if bothered please reach out resolution else I have to put it up on social media.

Extremely pathetic! Master took sizes way too wrong and delivered grossly unfit shirts. Never thought a premium brand wear can not deliver a simple perfectly stitched shirt. Had to get it altered from outside.
Alteration staff at the outside shop was laughing at the way measurements were taken. If after paying so much heavily we get something so bad this store deserves a closure!
Phoenix Raymond shop fitting was way much better!

I really had good time buying from Raymond. The services they provided was great. There are variety of clothing collection and I bet whoever is going to make purchase from this store would come back again. Thank you for your services Raymond store. Only bad thing I felt was that because of the auditing in warehouse unit the delivery got delayed. But its nothing to did with store. But can be done by the warehouse.

Got a custom made white shirt from the store. They gave me a loose fitting garment on the biceps and the length of the sleeves wasn’t perfect too. I took it back to the store and I had to argue with the representative as to what a well fitted garment means. And I had to make a few rounds of the store for the same. The very point of getting a custom made shirt is not having excessive fabric on any part of the shirt and having a well fitted piece of clothing according to your body. They did provide me a solution to it but not very happy with the fitting of the custom shirt.

There are only ready made suits available here which is a drawback here as you cannot customise things here.. variety is also good as they have a lot clothing options.
The worse part of this outlet is there staff. There are one off the worse staff I have came accross in a Raymond showroom. They first just you of what you were wearing. In my case I went with a geans and a t-shirt and we're again and again making me feel that I caan afford there suits.. it's was a bit embarrassing seen there behaviour.... But as you all know there are multiple outlets so I went to SB rode to buys the suit and was really happy to see there response.
The thing is if people at the store become a less arrogant and judgment this store can become more customer friendly.

Wanted to give a try for custom tailoring although the reviews suggest that their tailor couldn’t stitch well fitted garments.
Called them for custom tailoring and they insisted I would have to buy from them to get custom tailored at their shop.
What a monopoly.
Won’t go to the shop.

Pathetic service.... They are over confident in their ability to take measurements for alterations and delivering the perfect fitting Suit. One person takes the measurements in the absence of the tailor on day1, someone else does the alteration. And then they deliver an obscene fit which needs to be re-altered! The best part is the person who took the measurements is no where to be seen... It's a shear waste of time visiting this Raymond outlet.

What multiple clothes a few months ago and was hopeful that you know the quality of the clothes will be up to mark in comparison with other brands that are available in the market unfortunately it didn’t really happen Raymond this time around being one of the most expensive products that I bought in terms of clothes however has to your home turned down my expectation by the quality of the product that was delivered to me post washing the material you know it was very prone to a lot of wrinkles and bubbles which didn’t really do appreciate which didn’t really impressed me
