This place has confusing images on google map. The Ravi Arya is a good tailor but some reviewers tagged Sam Fashion/Alterations (Ranjeet Samudre) images and reviews which is a different but nearby tailer in Raviraj Apartments. Sam Alterations is an absolute disaster! Completely butchered my ₹2500 suit despite clear instructions. I explicitly told him multiple times how NOT to stitch it, but he ignored me and ruined it beyond repair, making it utterly useless. Charged me a ridiculous ₹1600 for this garbage work! To top it off, his attitude is disgustingly arrogant—acts like he owns all of Pune, refuses to admit his screw-up, and wouldn’t even fix the mess he made. I was so furious I threw the suit in his face. Avoid this incompetent, rude hack Sam Fashion at all costs!

I went there several times to make garments from scratch (blouse, pants, jacket), and have alway been pleased with the result. The staff works well and fast. Really good customer service. They never tried to scam me (they give foreigners fair prices, same as for indian citizens). Would 100% recommend. The owner speaks English
