I wanted to get coordinated outfits for me and my little one on her Anna prashan. So I approached label Tiklee seeing the photos and good reviews. However, it wasn’t as per expectations at all! 1. The owner is extremely random in approach and haphazard in execution 2. She is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to costumers 3. She currently doesn’t have a studio and is operating from her workshop. She asked me to come to her workshop for fitting- the workshop was full of mosquito and I didn’t like the experience of visiting there 4. In terms of delivery, the Tailor was good in terms of my size but my babies clothes were oversized by 2 years atleast 5. She travels between Varanasi and Patna and it’s extremely uncomfortable if you need to get alteration done as you would have to wait for her to come back. This makes her unapproachable. God forbid if your event happens in that time- in that case you’re not getting the cloth 6. If she needs you- she will call you 10-12 times non stop and when you need her she won’t pick the phone. That makes her an opportunist 7. The final product had burnt threads, black marks, wrinkled. The thread were stretched and had those marks all over the cloth. After pointing this out she paid for tumble dry 8. Lastly, despite all these lacunae she charges a bomb. 10000 for my gown and 3k for four months old. I request you to not waste your precious time here and instead buy your material and approach your trusted tailor. The positive reviews here either must be bought or might be of the time when she had studio.

One of my friend had a harrowing experience with the store. The order was given 3 weeks prior to the engagement date, however after lot of follow-ups, the dress was delivered just a day before engagement. The dress seemed like a half-baked cake, and even stitching was not done properly. I would have given the store a Zero Star, if possible. If you wanna save yourself and your money, just don't go there!
