I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. The staff, especially the person at the front counter, was not only unhelpful but downright rude. There was a complete lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead of assisting our queries with patience, the attitude was dismissive and unpleasant — making the overall experience frustrating and uncomfortable. For an establishment that deals with people on a regular basis, such behaviour is not just unacceptable, but also damaging to its reputation. Don;t ever get the alteration done from this person.
