Avoid This Shop: Unprofessional Staff and Owner:
I had the worst experience at this shop. The staff and owner lack ethics, especially when dealing with female customers. They shifted blame onto me, despite numerous chances and trials.
Issues:
1. Poor stitching
2. Incomfortable fit
3. Ignored customer needs
4. Unprofessional communication
On Diwali, I trusted them and took the dress without trial. However, the button matching and stitching were appalling.
The next day, the staff pretended to address our concerns but didn't follow through. The owner refused to re-stitch, citing loss, and refunded the amount.
Shockingly, he later called, asking for photos of what we wore on Diwali (a blatant invasion of privacy) and requesting payment again.
*Beware:* This shop prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction.

You have been our customer from the past 4 years and we Never Disappointed you. But this time due to miscommunication from your side there was the issue. You did not took the Trial nor did you told that You didn't the like the button and stitching. And when we told to give you a Refund - You Lied to Us, that you did not wore the clothes. You took a Whole Refund from Us for the Clothes that you wore on the Occasion. That is very much Ethical of Yours Mam. And when We later confronted you about your Lie by asking you for the Photos of yours only to Confirm whether you wore that dress or not. You put the words in the wrong way here.
We work on Ethnics and Customer Satisfaction is our Top Priority and our Genuine Customers know that very well.
