Worst tailoring experience ever.
I trusted Pari Boutique with my blouse and kurta, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. Despite giving all correct measurements and clear instructions, the blouse was stitched entirely wrong and completely ruined. The kurta was even worse — uneven cutting, poor finishing, and it looks disgusting and completely unwearable.
What made the experience even more shocking was the owner’s behaviour. She initially claimed that she did not even have my kurta and went to the extent of saying she would have to check CCTV cameras, showing a complete lack of trust towards the customer. After a lot of convincing, she finally accepted it and returned my kurta.
On top of all this, the owner is extremely rude and does not listen at all. Instead of taking responsibility, she dismisses concerns. I have attached a picture of the ruined kurta to show the actual condition.
Absolutely unprofessional service. I would never recommend this boutique to anyone.

I gave them a blouse to stitch and told them all the specific details I wanted. But they got all the details wrong. They actually did just the opposite of what I told them to, when I asked them about it they said that another client also asked them for a same kind of design but had problems with it so they predicted that I may also have the same kind of problems and changed my design to prevent it, just because some other person had some issue with theirs. Apart from this, stitches are not done properly. They left so much cloth at one place and didn't have enough cloth at some other place. They cut the cloth too much at some place and to cover it up they ruined the stitching. In a nutshell, they ruined my blouse completely and gave so many stupid excuses. By the looks of it, it seemed that 2-3 people stitched the blouse. Had the worst experience and will never go there again. Not unsatisfied 👎

They don’t get the details right nor they accept it. The owner and her daughter in law is very rude. Worst service and you need minimum three trips to get one fitting right.
