Very very worse work of sapna boutique, no finishing, I gave one blouse for stiching of sleeves and fitting of blouse, tha fitting is not done properly, and neck is very very unfinishingly done, I asked them for trying of blouse at their boutique then they said no we don't have any changing room, and if any changes will be there we will not do anything bez our machine has glitch, seriously? Means you have this much big set up and you said your machine is not working and you don't have a changing room, after then I talk with a person who suggested me this useless and 3rs class place, she said they have changing room they lied you.. Nonsense and very very unprofessional work and they charged 800 for just fitting ang fitting sleeves...

One thing I would like to tell about this boutique and for me it is a so called boutique... Very very worst experience with this place... Tailor has ruined my blouse of 8k and 14k and not only for a single time but it happened twice...
And when I asked them to try blouse they said no to me... And thier reason was we don't have tailor present now and my machine is not working...
They only make perfect blouse of their known person's... 🥲🥲

Worst experience… mere 2 blouse diye the dono ki fitting sahi nhi thi 1 thik tha but 1 blouse worst naa fitting sahi thi na design jaise batai vaise nhi ki gyi thi na for little little detailing they charge money… too expensive and not worth it qki hum costly saree lekr jate hai aur ye log sahi se jaise bataye vaise na silate hai aur na hi fitting sahi se rakhte hai….also staff is not cooperative…..

Don't go.. so expensive,, they are manipulative, staff behaviour is rude.. itni mehangi sadiya leke itna mehanga blouse agar silate hai to worth the money hona chahiye but gale k design bigad diya,, back side gale me rassi lgane bola tha wo bhi bhul gye the ,, request krni pdi to bole jaruri nhi... Agar pese dere har chhoti chhoti chiz ka to jitna bola gya hai utna unhone krne ko hona na.. bs bato bato me ghumate hai..

Complete waste of money...I gave almost 9 sarees and 5 dresses for stitching and paid almost 7000. Every blouse and every dress is ruined, pico fall is done like they have never done it before when I asked for correction they just kept it for few days and gave it back ironing all of them.
Taking a gross amount of almost 500 to 600 per blouse they gave such a pathetic servic.
Won't recommend it to anyone...bec they outsource it for stitching and don't it by themselves anymore. The tailors working there are arrogant and don't listen the instructions carefully....not recommend at all

The boutique deals in customisation in blouse, lehnga , saree, casual dresses & also indo western outfits!! It is not the Stop here you can also get the readymade Kurtis, pants, leggings & dupattas all under one roof!!!

The tailors skills are perfect. The draw backs are:
1. No parking available even for 2 wheeler
2. Does not accept card payment even if the bill is greater than 5000 rupees
3. The security guard has a very rude behaviour
4. They give zero discount whatever amount you buy for, even though we all know as shoppers discounts are possible on such rates
5. They don't deliver on time; some time they don't make it ready before the actual date of delivery
6. You have to keep following up

I asked them to stitch 8 suits and all the 8 suits fitting and finishing was just sht. Customer service poor. Even owner didn't bothered to take care how to get the suits of proper fit and size. Waste of all 3800 INR paid for stitching.

It was my bad experience ever, first of all I asked for variety of designs in my blouse for that the owner showed not interested attitude, I have stitched same blouse pattern in his shop, that too he did not perform well. It just waste of money. I would have not even give one star, cause I have to again restiched my blouse at home on the day of function. Not recommend at all.
