The worst and the horrific experience I have seen at a tailor store. the owner and his sons are very unprofessional and rude. They have no customer empathy. We got a Paithani saree costing more than 1.5 lakhs and they have put in marks on the blouse.
Now my fiance's blouse is damaged and we were abused verbally by calling us words such as "impatient" and "customer showing no trust".

The stain was brought to our notice by you as soon as you showed it to us and you blamed that we did it we have Cctv records for the same you didn’t even take service if taken any please share bill we attend customers on 1 st come 1 serve basis you threatened us that you will shut our shop if we don’t attend you first and you were boasting about the value of your saree as you are doing it here So please don’t put the blame on us . We value our customers but we don’t take unnecessary blame . At least what is not done by us .

They gave me excellent advises and ideas to get my outfits done which turned out to be a master piece in my wardrobe. Because of my previous excellent experiences i took decision and got my dresses done from them for my Big day . They give precise fittings with excellent designs. Be it to regular wear to event dresses they help you get the perfect piece which you need. Bought sports uniform of CNM School, the material is of poor quality and it shrunk after first wash.
The staff and owner are very rude and didn't accept their fault.
Avoid going to this store, they are cheats.

I think this by far has been the worst experience of my life when it comes to getting my blouses stitched.
1) There were unending delays in them giving me the blouse. They delayed the date by over 12 days and I had made the worst mistake by handing them my wedding blouse. I went for one trial and I was seriously let down by the how awkward the fitting of the Blouse was in general.
2) I had to follow up multiple times about 6 to 7 times and it added to the stress of planning a wedding which made my experience worse.
3) This place is highly rated but they charged a lot of money for very mediocre designs which ruined the look of my wedding blouse.
4) It is extremely expensive for the quality they deliver. And by extremely I mean much higher than other tailors.
5) TOOK MY MEASUREMENTS TWICE and still managed to somehow make the fitting of the blouse horrible. Especially the armhole area was something that cannot be rectified.
6) Also some of the sequin work seem to have been stuck with glue.
So if you want a good tailor at a reasonable price this is not the place for you!
At the begining they set high expectations but the end result was extremely poor. Also to make matters worse, they are not ready to accept their mistakes.
I live very far away from their store and the Mumbai traffic made this nightmarish experience even worse.

One of my friends had the worst experience here. They did not handle their saree with care, left marks on it. To add to it, the customer experience was pathetic. NEVER get your clothes done here. If you do, do it at your own risk. Who knows, you might end up with torn and stained clothes. Wouldn't give a single star to this shop. Don't waste your time and money here.

My journey began almost 15 years back when i visited them first for my own Sports & School uniforms. Have been getting designer garments made from them since the longest time and I must say I'm really happy with the work.

Don't ever give your blouses for stiching. You will regret. My experience has been worst. They don't take
proper measurements, will do several trials, and the result will be Zero. They literally put you in trouble specially last minute. Waste of time, money and energy. I guess the positive reviews shown here are done by them. No customer is happy and have seen the issues faced by several customers during my past visits. Ladies pls don't ever try giving your costly materials I rhis shop

The sons of the tailor are very rude and show no empathy. They talk rudely to elder people and have no regards for customer engagement. My mother in law had a similar experience a year back but at the time Verma uncle apologised for the behaviour and we thought that was a one off case .

To be very clear with you we deliver only against payments you disagreed to pay on delivery even though our staff was waiting at your door for 15 mins and you blankly insisted our staff to leave from there without payment hence we haven’t delivered your clothes and you may take them after payment at shop . You were clearly trying to misuse our delivery services. Thank you !!
