Extremely disappointed with the service with Shobha tailor. It took 2.5 months to get the right size blouse, and I had to visit the shop 7-9 times for corrections. The tailor ignored my calls, overcharged for the service, and delivered a poorly finished product. The lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality tailoring on time. I just received my blouse 2 days prior on 13/2/2025

I was shocked to see such less reviews and bad ratings, this is the third time I went to Shobha ladies tailors and I am really satisfied with their stitching. I got tops, blouse, Co -ord sets and a gown stitched from her, also got few alteration done. Although they delivered 2-3 days later than the actual delivery date, but the quality is not compromised and I am very happy with the stitching. I would recommend Shobha ladies tailor to everyone, I really appreciate auntys hard work - that’s my daily route to and fro office and have seen her so many time working till mid night to deliver orders.

Over charges and loses clothes given for alterations. She stops answering calls, and blocks numbers if clients call with complaints. After multiple trips to the shop over two weeks, she finally “found” the clothes. They were returned damp, smelling, and full of mildew. The clothes had to be thrown away. Definitely DO NOT Recommend!
