They have indeed good tailors as initially they got perfect stitching to attract customers, but after 2nd time when you have become their customer whatever clothes we gave for stitching it was given to amateur tailors for sure. Now the stitching is not fit to size and even after giving it for 2nd time to fix it was half stitched with no finishing touch at all. This time we went for 4th time complaining about same clothes and now they are not picking up the call. It is really unprofessional of them to not pickup the call and neither call back. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone.

First of all prices are not the worst the service they provide. I was told that I would get my blouse by said date but didn't get it for two days they didn't even told about it, when I called they don't bother to pick up, after all this the blouse fitting was not at all upto the mark. Not fit for function or party wear stiching waste of money, material & time

We are sorry for delay as there is a problems of karigar in this industry we have to compromise our delivery date we cannot give work to any one would be bad as the negative comments are of those we tried with new karigars and that gave us lesson let be late but not bad

The finishing was pathetic. The lining they used was ever bad. My entire outfit had chalk marks on it. He also never returned the excess material as well. He also never understands the design we want, he will do only what he knows. Mulund has lot many better tailors.

I waited in the shop for 1 hour to just get my order because they were still working on it. I was called at 6 in the evening, I still went at 7.30 and the order was still not ready. I don't have a problem with an order taking long to be made, however, one must not commit if it is not going to be possible.

Due to corona pandemic we are in shortage of staff and work load came out and we were unable to call back our staff who returned to their native due to no work during corona

I gave a semi stitched bridal lehenga for stitching… He charged me a bomb… but did not do any finishing work… he ruined my blouse stitching and kept telling me the fabric is not good… the lehenga had incomplete stitching at a lot of places… i visited thrice n got frustrated… i finally paid and got it home… he did not answer my call after that… the blouse has some work which is hurting my back and the edges are hurting too… the work was not covered with lining… Bridal lehenga is generally heavy if they dont know to stitch they should say no to it instead of spoiling it… i will not recommend them at all… you will get better tailor at cheaper prices

Had very bad experience for the first time.... My friend given reference with such good reviews so thought of giving try.. first afert 25 days ur things is not complete.. after fight they agreed to give my two blouse in next day.. at the time taking order he will give nice ideas and designs suggestions... but very disappointed with work.. my kurta also not up to the mark .. and no compromise on the fees .. had ask for give componsession for bad work .. not a good experience will not recommend for anyone.

Sorry for the delay, as this year our business expanded 500 times and we were not prepared to handle that abundance of work, we are working on it, and now we are increasing our work space from 200 sq ft to 600 sq ft and increase our man power according to work load, this is taking some time please visit in april we will be in a new look and feel we are trying to satisfy delivery time within 5 days

The worst experience I had .The order was not made as per my expectations and when I questioned why this is being done I was informed that they make clothes as per their will and not as per customes need.this is a first time I heard of such brizaare logic.they did not even take up the owner ship of the blunder ans asked me to deal it at my end since I Irritated them..these were the excat words used..

Worst tailor ever!! Worst fitting..worst service..
I had gone there for my wedding blouse..they just soiled my blouse like anything...while removing stictch for fitting one of their workers damaged my blouse..they added one lace which was not even matching with colour shade of my blouse piece..
Worst experience till now !!
