I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this tailor. The staff showed very little interest in understanding my requirements and failed to take proper notes regarding the alterations I requested. As a result, the final delivery did not meet the agreed specifications.
There also appear to be serious communication issues between the store and their warehouse. Information was not properly conveyed, which caused confusion and mistakes in the order. Despite multiple attempts to follow up through calls and messages, I received no response. They don't answer calls/messages.
Additionally, in one of the garments the finishing was below standard. The overall workmanship lacked the attention to detail and quality one would expect from a professional tailor.
When I visited the store personally to address these concerns, I was simply asked to leave the clothes as the manager was absent (he was supposed to be back in the store in 10 minutes) but it seemed like he didn't want to deal with the complaint at that time. The lack of accountability and basic customer service was extremely frustrating.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store

Had a horrible experience here despite giving them repeated chances to prove their worth. Surprised me that Raymond has been partnering with them for their Custom service (then again, it's not a surprise because Raymond's Custom service is just as bad). In my last ever time with this store, I gave them fabric for a trouser I needed extra loose. They made it extra tight instead. Confused me! After months of trying to get it sorted they have told me I have grown in size! I asked for extra loose pants because I was going to grow in size!
The temperament and mannerism of the staff is good. But the interest and the expertise is seriously lacking.
At the end, the 1 star is for the finished product - which I will never use!
