A Grand Disappointment at Grandfit I walked into Grandfit on a friend’s recommendation, expecting a premium experience. Instead, I was met with sheer rudeness. The staff didn’t bother with a greeting—just a blunt “What’s your budget?” as if that alone determined whether I was worth their time. When they asked me to wait outside without so much as offering a glass of water—after I had traveled a long way—I knew this wasn’t a place worth spending a rupee, let alone a lakh. Grandfit may pride itself on exclusivity, but there’s a difference between being premium and being plain unprofessional. If this is how they treat potential customers, I dread to think how they handle existing ones.

Have been to Riyaaz Bhai's outlet multiple times to stitch my husband's formals. I can expect excellent quality, timely delivery and warm customer service from him and his staff at all times without fail. He has many years of experience under his belt and recommends the perfect cuts, fabrics and styles. Recently got a stylish suit stitched from here, and the look is so clean, impeccable and bespoke that my husband got raving compliments from almost everyone at the wedding event. Hubby always gets his apparel done from here now. Extremely happy and would recommend all men to go to Grandfit for an entirely stylish wardrobe.

It’s been 5 years that I have been getting my outfits done from Grandfit and I must say they always exceed my expectations. I found them on google. Went there at closing time and the owner Riyaz personally took all my measurements for a 3 piece suit. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. The next day I was called for a trial for the same 3 piece suit. He couriered my suit in time in 3 working days. Really great turnaround time. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant! The tailoring and all other aspects of customizing an outfit were done brilliantly by Grandfit. Riyaz bhai who is the main man running the show is a genius and is very caring towards the needs and requirements. His team (Rudolph D'souza) and others are also extremely kind and caring. The best part about this store is that you get what you want and more at a very economic price. They do not by any means compromise on quality of fabric or look. I recommend this place to all that are looking to tailor their suits, wedding outfits and other occasional tailoring. Kudos!

This was first experience getting anything stitched ever and what a fabulous experience I had. Despite having pretty much no knowledge or idea of what to get, riyaz bhai guided me well, showed me so many options and helped me make the right choice. I had two outfits made : 1 western suit pant and 1 sherwani. Both turned out amazing with perfect fitting. So if you're looking to get those premium feel clothes but without draining your wallet, this would definitely be the place to go!!! Will definitely be going back whenever I need anything made

Found them on Google and went to shop for my sherwani and tuxedo. Mr Riyaz is a hands on person who is well aware about the type of fabric and style which would suit you. He gave us good suggestions on what will suit me and what will go well along. I even got both my clothes set in the said time frame without any delay. Grandfit Suits! Take a bow! I have got multiple suits stitched from various tailors including Raymond, they all are good but still I wasn't fully satisfied. For my sister's wedding, I was looking for an exceptional tailor that emphasises on fitting! I checked a lot of places based on the reviews and visited some including this one. I was looking for a particular type of waist coat and bottle green color. When I reached Grandfit, it was a small cozy shop within a shopping complex in the bylanes of Andheri West. I was hesitant about the color and had to order one shade as well. The owner's patience is commendable. Even after showing me various cloth material, he asked me to take time and gave me different cloth pieces to decide at home. The next day, I finalized the color. The owner is a fine gentleman who ensures that he gives you complete time and ensures all your requirements are met. In all my trials, he ensured that the fitting was top notch and not lose even by a millimeter. I was impressed by the work ethic and perfection of the owner. For him it's not just a job but his passion to create a master piece in every suit they deliver. Apart from branded cloth material, they have their in house local brands as well that are premium in itself. The final suit looks royal and well fit for me. The phrase "Crafted for You" is the best description I can think off. I would surely recommend them to all my friends and will be my goto tailor for all future suits, shirts and pants. I had the misfortune of visiting this tailor shop recently and I must say, I was extremely disappointed. There is one uncle ji who sits at the counter, i was communicated with the staff over there, he jumped into the conversation and made the things really uncomforting for us, his behavior was completely unacceptable. He was incredibly rude and dismissive towards me and seemed to have no interest in helping me find the right fit. I strongly recommend no one should visit this shop..

I went to Grandfit...i wish I could give this shop zero stars...my experience here was nothing short of a nightmare...there is an old uncle who sits at the counter...he seemed annoyed by my presence and couldn't be bothered to answer my questions... His behaviour was very rude as if he is some big shot...he treated us so badly that we felt like humiliation. I strongly recommend avoid this shop at all cost.

Riyaz is highly unprofessional when it comes to customer service and commits on a particular price but will write a price higher than commitment. I had a terrible experience where he quoted Rs. 9000 for a sherwani and began the work. However he wrote 9900 on his paper and when my mother asked him as to why this was done, he yelled and got abusive. Absolutely ridiculous and kindly do yourself a favour and do not go to Riyaz. He is very very unprofessional.
