What a memorable experience!! This review is long overdue and I cannot forget such a wonderful experience and service. This was my first time stitching in Thokai and the blouse has come out really well as expected.The staff were very professional , friendly, made me feel welcomed, met my timeline and customization requests. I got all my blouses (around 12-15) within the give time with custom thread-work, aariwork and embroidery ❤️Overall I would definitely come back in future and highly recommend this boutique.

Stiching is good but costly charging Rs. 1000 per lining chuditar. The attitude of sales woman in iyer bungalow branch is very worst. She promised to give my stitched chudi within one week. I.e. today. When asked in the afternoon, she said that she will give in the evening. I enquired about closing time & said if I could come ill come or I'll come tomorrow & asked about Sunday timings. When I went by 7pm, she started shouting at me loudly that I should come tomorrow only. When I said it's my wish I can come anytime after the promised date according to my appointments. She yelled I should not come as per my wish. Such a worst experience as a customer. She said I should get it in chinna chokkikulam branch when I gave my material in iyer bungalow branch last Saturday. She was yelling at me till I left. I left without collecting my chuditar..

Very good experience!!! This is my first experience at Thokai. The staffs are very friendly and nice. The blouse fittings are really awesome, they came out what I expected. The final outcome was really good. I am very much satisfied with their work and they are very punctual in delivering the product. It is little pricey but worthy.

Don't buy anything from the shop. They cheated me by providing an old stock dress. The dress cost Rs 2200. I didn't notice the damage in the dress. The dress was torn at the back which I noticed only after going home. As soon as I noticed I called and informed them. They said they can give either discount or exchange for the dress. Next day when I go there they told no exchange only discount and gave Rs 350 as refund. And the dress if I wore will get torn again and again and the cost of dress is full of loss for me.

Their stitching is very perfect. I always like perfection in any kind of work especially in dresses. They fulfill my expectations every time . They are also very patient and polite to the customers. Some of my friends are jealous of me and some relatives are appreciating my dressing. The credit goes to Clasic Tailors. They have many collections too. Very satisfied. Best wishes.

I gave blouse materials and the outcome was exactly what I imagined. Perfectly stitched and measurements were a perfect fit. Very friendly and amazing staff. Love my new blouses!!

Excellent Experience,the staff was very friendly and made our experience very convenient.I told her that i needed it by my timeline and she made it right on time.After i got my blouses stitched for my half saree she made sure it was the right size and fixed it.So over all would recommend this boutique.
