I recently visited Sage Couture while looking for a partywear suit for my brother, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The store has an amazing variety of Indian ethnic wear for both men and women. I was especially impressed by their beautiful embroidery work and their unique hand-painted suits — truly eye-catching and different from what you usually find.
Although I couldn’t make a purchase this time due to the longer wait period (around 10–20 days depending on the design), the quality and craftsmanship definitely make it worth considering in advance.
A special mention to the staff — they were extremely polite, understanding, and helpful throughout my visit. They patiently explained everything and made the experience very comfortable.
Overall, a great place for anyone looking for elegant and unique ethnic outfits. Would definitely recommend!

They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, suggested designs and fabrics that suited my personality and wedding theme, and ensured every little detail was perfect. After money is in their hands, customer is a ‘ NOBODY ‘ for sage couture. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND TO GO AND TRUST THEM.

Very bad after sale service, poor fits even after charging for alterations and very unprofessional when delivering the outfit , they don’t call and put wrong address for rapido and rapido charges from us and then they say u should have asked us . And rapido guy says address is wrong so where to deliver , no coordination with customer whether you are available before sending the delivery. the staff is really rude . And they donot answer calls on any number . As they are not ready to accept their mistake.

Their attitude is even worse than their service. Extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful while talking to customers. Instead of taking responsibility, they shift blame and behave as if they’re doing a favour by even responding.
This place is pure time waste and mental frustration. If you value your money, your time, or basic respect, avoid this service completely. Ordering here is basically inviting unnecessary stress and disappointment.”

I booked kurta pyjama one and a half month before .. when i called they had sent to warehouse back telling that its ready and you didnt come to pick so it has been sent to warehouse … next day i call what i get to know from MRs AnU’s son ( owner)
That sorry we could not match the cloth for salwar , get it done in pants
2 days before the event they are informing this and is definitely giving a choice pick any instead will get that ready ( but please notice nothing is free that too is chargeable) ..above that again you call multiple times noone is bothered to address .. even duec to there own negligience and hen delayed delivery ,, then again hey offer we ll send the item to your place .. still being soo cheap that they cant even pay 50 rs to rapido person … such a worsttttt experience … such irresponsible and totally unprofessional … worstest ever

I have been calling them multiple times and also have shared pictures on WhatsApp. No one is really bothered to share the prices or even sell the product they have.
If their sales before service is this worst. I am glad I didn’t buy anything to experience the service after sales.
They show so many pictures and videos on Instagram but really not bothered to real sales.

Never buy anything from them. We gave them order for my Wife’s dress in FAMA exhibition held in Jalandhar in October and even paid them full amount. Till date we haven’t gotten the dress from them. Nor have they returned our money. Such bad people and don’t even take the call.

This is the most pathetic boutique in Ludhiana. I visited them for the first time and ordered a coord set and there delivery time was ten days as per there commitments. However, we went after 20 days and it was still not ready and next day they are calling and saying the piece is no longer available. Only thing they want is full payment and the most arrogant behaviour of the owner. You will find the same thing at a cheap price and with much better quality. Pathetic boutique and staff.

Our function was on 6th June and they promised to deliver our dress by 4th and our function was spoiled bcz we didn’t got our dress ! Worst experience with them!! They say it’s our arrogance but they ignore there behaviour with me ! Not picking my 30-40 calls a day!! Never replying on time !! They just want full payment in advance and they never give your dress on time ! So that you have to pick it incomplete and you don’t have any other option!! Moreover they say that everyone was satisfied except me !! But all were highly dissatisfied with there services !! They was not even ready to return our money even on the last moment our function was on 6th June night ! We were there for the pick up of dress at 12:30 in the afternoon ! And we didn’t received it ! They make fake promises and they r such a fake persons ! They r so sweet of mouth until last moment they show there real face!! They act so abusively ! Never gonna visit them again! Worst staff and service!! Poor quality ! Poor service !! Poor staff !! Just high prices nothing else !! They just give you fake hopes!!

Worst experience ever purchased one engagement dress for my wedding purpose . Old piece given by them low quality stuff and 8 times they took for alteration till the end day of engagement just saying that “ Abhi ho rha hai g , abhi wait krlo g , next time aa jna g kal aa jna G “ . For alteration even they demanded money without pre informing the charges by saying its our rule no regard to the customer given , only money centric approach towards the clients .After the alteration owner said bill was of 1000 but we gave u a discount of 500 as if he is giving his clients some extra bonus even the staff is a big liar as ruled by the owner

Worst experience ever. The owner was very rude and arrogant. His primary concern is money minting and not customer satisfaction. They don't value the customer's time and money. Delay was unbearable and service was pathetic. Will not recommend anyone to get their clothes stitched from here. You'll find the same clothes at a cheaper price elsewhere. The worst thing was that instead of being apologetic about their behavior, they were full of lies and excuses.

I bought a drape saaree from this boutique online via having telephonic conversation. It cost me of 27k and same saaree is available in near locality with amount of 24k. But due to size issue I had to order it online from this boutique. Designer is good but his staff is less efficient as they have altered the saaree in such a wrong manner that it had ruined my own function. I have to get it refixed to least possible way so that it may become wearable and that alteration costed me 5k. When I told him about the same issue he said that he will refund me some amount but Invain. It has been a month and there is no point of communication regarding same. I thought he must be having some sense of responsibility towards his customer but Invain.

Their handwork is absolutely exquisite with the finest precision you will see. I appreciated them keeping me in the loop, sending photo updates along the way to keep me involved in the design process of my outfits, to ensure that I had the wedding outfits of my dream!
