I had an unpleasant experience
The cutting master made a mistake and changed the style of arms. Visited many times to get my stitching charges back. The salesmen promised that Rs.500 shall be paid through Google Pay. Nothing has been done. I am suffering for the wrong stitching. I think the owners do not care for consumer satisfaction.

We had called you to inform about the issue before stitching and you only approved the change in design. This is the reason we don’t take outside fabric for stitching but we did on your request only.

I bought a blazer. Fitting of blazer was very bad even after three times setting. At last I asked my money back but they didnt returned and said nothing can be done with blazer. Totally wastage of money & wrost experiance

Worst service ever, please check your clothes for colour or other spots before you pick up. happened twice with us, owner is rude and ignorant, we left our clothes with him because of colour spots on brand new Kurta and they were fully paid for and he refused to rectify the problem. Not bad for them, they get to keep the kurta amd my money, shameless and ruthless are word for owner of this establishment.
