When i first visited the place i was honestly overwhelmed by the precise management and organisation of the variety of mens wear and the knowledge of the owners to explain it to me in such a patient, enthusiastic way that i was honestly wishing there were more such places in the world because of the care for customer needs and understanding of the owners i was granted.

We drove 1.5 hours to visit this place, but the experience was very disappointing. We sat there for 10–15 minutes, and not a single staff member approached us or asked what we needed. I can’t comment on the quality of their products or services because we never got the chance to try them, but the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I went in for a 3 piece suit, and walked out 5 additional shirts and jackets. The 3 piece suit fits like a glove, tailor made to my body. These guys have an attention to detail which is unparallel in comparison to other custom clothing and suit places I've visited. However, our process involves first creating a rough draft of the jacket according to your specific body measurements. Following this, we conduct a first trial to ensure the fit and comfort. Based on the feedback from this trial, we then take an additional 2-3 days to refine and perfect the jacket
Considering your flight on the 21st, delivering on time would indeed be challenging. We appreciate your understanding.
