Worst experience and behaviour
They have ruined my sister's bridal benarasi blouse. EVEN AFTER alterations for 4 times, still they made it unworthy of wear. Neither the design nor the fittings are good and wearable. They charge too much and this sort of delivery is just unacceptable. Never go there to waste your time, money and material.

I wish not to give any star. Very unprofessional service, I have stopped stitching my blouses from there. They do not follow the requirements of a client, they just do whatever is ok with them, fittings issue, design issue everything is worst. Recently I gave them one trouser for alteration and they totally forgot when is to deliver that. I went on the next day of the delivery date written on the bill and they totally forgot to complete the work within that date and told me to come on the next day. Total time waste

If you're looking for the perfect fit, then this is the place you can trust. With hundreds of designs to choose from, they are one of the best tailors around. The only hitch is their charges. They charge quite a fee for a simple stitch, and the more designs you choose, the higher the charge of stitching goes. Other than that, they are excellent!

I was looking for a tailor to alter of my new cargo trousers and one of my friends recommended this place. I went there and spoke to Sripati Da about the alteration to be done. Length of the trousers needed to be decreased and one of the side pockets needed to be increased a bit. He listened everything and wrote in the bill and as well as in the pocket of the trousers to be increased. At the time of delivery I found that the length of trousers has been decreased perfectly but the length of the side pocket has not been increased. When I told this to Sripati da he said the back pocket has been increased, which was absolutely perfect, no alteration required at all. When I said that the side pocket was supposed to be altered, he denied to do that saying, "We do not alter such trousers....blah blah blah". So I had to return receiving the trousers in such condition without altering the side pocket although he tried to make the back pocket like it was before.
Now my question is if don't do such kind of alteration or don't alter such kind of trousers, why did you take it for an alteration and why did you wrote it on the bill and the trousers if you don't or can't do it?
I am very disappointed in this place and the tailors overthere. I will neither visit this place nor recommend anyone to visit. If anyone wants to visit can visit at their own risk.
Moreover, they just waisted five days. Now I will have to go to another place to make that trousers perfectly altered.

Unfortunately I haven't seen the google review before going here. Total waste of money, fittings were not good and above all the daughter of the owner doesn't behave properly. She literally doesn't understand customer needs but kept arguing when it's completely her fault. Highly unprofessional...very very bad service

They have destroyed my wedding blouses... Fittings were not good...even the designs...I have shared the pictures on how the blouses should be designed...I stated the fact that those were my wedding blouses...kindly take good care of it...I'm so disheartened with their tailoring... they have ruined my wedding blouses...alterations were made twice and I had to visit the place thrice to receive the correct order...yet I'm not satisfied with the final result.
