My experience with Shoi Boutique was amazing. They have a very welcoming nature towards customers. They are very creative in suggesting the designs and embroidery that we can opt for. They are also very accommodating in making alterations as many times as needed till we are satisfied with the fit.
I got blouses for my wedding events done from this Boutique. They embroidered my wedding day blouse beautifully, even though I placed the order at the last minute. Me and my other family members got all our blouses and designs made from this Boutique for my wedding events, and we had a very good experience with them.

It was an amazing experience just trusting Mr Aritra with the lehenga which i was not happy with once i received it from an online store but then i went to his boutique and asked him that if he can make it the way i want and there was a time crunch but he delivered it on time and the design and fittings the look was beyond my expectation

Tried this boutique based on positive reviews. The staff is cordial and welcoming, and the pricing is reasonable.
However, the tailoring was disappointing. We had four items stitched (two blouses and one kurti for my mother, and one kurti for me), and all four had major issues. The sizes were much smaller than the given measurements, and the necklines were too narrow and uncomfortable.
On raising the issue, they admitted the tailor did not follow the recorded measurements. As a result, two of my mother’s blouses and one kurti were essentially wasted, and my kurti was stitched using my mother’s measurements.
They attempted alterations, but the outcome was still unsatisfactory. My mother’s outfit is now only somewhat wearable, and my kurti was returned without the requested changes (11-inch V-neck and wooden buttons).
Serious gaps in tailoring quality and accuracy. Not a satisfactory experience overall.

Got two blouses made from shoi boutique, honestly in love with it! More of like my pinterest board came into live, i was a bit skeptical at first as i have always wore ready made blouses, but the comfort, style how they turn out, with no alters or second thoughts, very happy with this. For bespoken design, any customisation work or saree this is the best place in kolkata! Thanks to Aritra da, for such a enthusiastic and supportive nature towards the customers.

The owner of the boutique is very cordial. Though I haven’t visited the boutique but the service I received over phone is incredible. They also made an effort to make my reception blouse last moment and focused on every detail I gave them. Also they were very helpful when I asked them about alterations. They were polite and friendly. I gave total of 6 saree blouses to get stitched. The first one fitted well. Based on the result, I gave another 5 blouses to be tailored. Only one fitted nicely without any issues. The rest had different types of issues . They tried to rectify the problems. The outcome was not up to my satisfaction and the product quality is not consistent.

I was given the contact by my Mom, who found her on Youtube. I got a dress and a crop top stitched. I shared the measurements via Whatspp, something I have done for the first time. I'm so happy to say that the fabric used is genuine, and the stitch and fitting is top notch. If you are not in a hurry to get a particular garment done (because I stay in Mumbai and they had to ship my clothes), and you like cotton handloom, then I would highly recommend this place to you. It is value for money and your time. She also took extra efforts to follow up and ask details.
Also would like to add that I'm a plus size women, getting clothes to fit and look good has always been my challenge.
Totally happy with this place.

A friend of mine introduced me to this place to buy a kurta/panjabi. The place located near Deshapriya Park has a homely ambience where I was sweetly greeted by the owner himself Aritra da.
I personally prefer comfort over everything and here I find that is the most taken care aspect of this boutique. Trendy yet simple , great fabric quality which give super comfort and decent on your pocket.
I would recommend everyone to buy kurta or shirt from here if comfortable wearing is the thing for you.
