Terrible stitching experience. Even after 6 trials, they couldn’t get a proper fit. The tailor simply doesn’t care. He just tries to deliver defective materials by passing them as okay even though the creases or misfits are glaring. Will never get anything stitched from them again. Waste of money and harrasment, and worst is their attitude of not accepting or being unapologetic about their bad work.

Worst shop ever. Their stitching is pathetic — full of mistakes, I had to visit multiple times just to get one pant done. Total waste of time and money. And the owner? Absolutely dishonest. After I paid the full amount, he shamelessly lied and said I hadn’t paid, just to squeeze money from me again. This is nothing but cheating. The man is rude, unprofessional, and a disgrace to business. Customers beware — if you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away from this scammer.

Terrible stitching quality and extremely unprofessional service. I had my pants stitched here and the final work was poor — they made me return multiple times because of repeated faults. After I paid in full, the owner then denied I had paid and demanded the money again. This felt like an attempt to cheat me. I don’t recommend this shop. Keep your receipt and avoid doing business with them.

The most worst shop in the world i must say. The most third class experience we've faced with the people of this shop. We went for a tailoring a suit on 9th December and today is 10th January & the the funny thing is we didn't receive the suit yet. 4 times we received the suit with so many faults and the representatives of the shop are so casual as they aren't bother for their mistakes at all. Very disappointing experience and yes I would suggest not to go in the shop in any how. Thank you for the bitter experience.

Hopeless and cheaters! The tailors are not skilled enough for suit tailoring. It's been 1 month and i still do not have the suit with me. Each time they deiver a faulty suit where stiches are not proper and sharp. Looks like the suit was tailored by a layman, looks cheap. I have already paid the money and the cheaters are very enethical, unprofessional .

This clothing shop is the worst in customer service and professionalism . The owner and manager is very rude and aggressive . The owner even harassed us and used foul language to my mother. So I will suggest all to avoid this shop. The after sell service will be on top of the 10 worst shops in Kolkata . They sell cheap products in high price and the stitching is completely disastrous. So if someone who doesn't want to waste money and time then please don't go to this shop.
