Ladies Own Tailors

Yesterday I went there to take the delivery of my blouses. Just forget about the clothes....I threw those away. They are holding a shop, nearby Manyabar and other famous shops at such a place like Rash Bihari Avenue, they have not kept any online payment options. Only cash payments they are taking, no matter whatever the amount will be. I opened my purse and gave them total payment, God was with me that I managed and without having a single penny in my purse, I came back home as I was having my car with me. Just think that any old woman was there and they literally forced to take all the cash for payment and how that woman would be helpless, couldn't go back home. A business which is not having any online payment options. I wonder how they are running business in cash ONLY, under RBI guidelines or Exise rules. They are not human being, if you don't know about their mode of payment and given a big amount order....you will be no where at the time of taking their worthless horrible stiched clothings. Being a media person I was literally going to show them what is a Customer......but they all told me that they are working there only and every customer use to face this problem, everyday and the shop owner don't bother about this. It was my big fault...I went there.

They were once very good. But now they don't even care for what customers want. I gave a striped blouse piece to be stitched and specially asked them to make the stripes horizontal. Told them a million times while giving it and they also wrote it down on the measurement slip. Yet it was done just the opposite. Great fact is, the piece is one of a kind I found by chance n made of costly silk. They have become absolutely horrible.

For many years me and my mom were loyal to this place, braving the crowds and wait times to get all our tailoring requirements done here. Until they ruined my wedding benarasi blouse completely with terrible fitting and unacceptable, sloppy finishing... That too when it was ordered over 3 months in advance. And we paid another tailor almost as much to fix it. This was in 2014. We have never gone back since.

Had a horrible experience there. They ruined my suit piece very efficiently. What kind of talior they have God knows!!! The kameez they made was totally out of shape. The fitting was very bad. What's the point of giving our previous dress material there when the footpath stalls have far more better fitted Kurtis. I am heart broken. There finishing work is also horrible and I would say they don't even have knowledge of how to cut or draw a straight line..... Totally Waste of Money.

Visted this shop as it's a renowned brand..but they miserably failed to live up to the standard...gave 3blouse pieces to be sritched...went there as mentioned for delivery..first day they turned me back saying order hasn't arrived yet..next I went there even after a week..that day too they checked and said order hadnt arrived. This was quite disturbing..asked the tailor agent to check properly if those were misplaced..they checked the entire shop racks in front of me still couldn't find..I was sitting there all this while...by now I was confident that my blouse pieces were lost...when I demanded compensation they assured me to find and deliver it to my home..I asked them to find them within 2days or else pay me back the entire amount... I went there after 2days and received my items in shabby, crumpled condition..told them on their face that would never visit them..plus one of the lining of the blouse gave off colours on wearing it only for the first time. . would never recommend this shop to anyone as the charges are exorbitant and service is pathetic!!!!!!!!

They dont even deserve a single Star. I bought 5.5 meter of original chiffon cost around 2550 from Heritage,before buying I checked tje material twice and I gave it to LADIES OWN for stitching the border,they have completely ruined my saree material,I found oil strip mark,white spots and pen mark on all over the saree at the time of delivery then They said we are keeping it for dry wash,spots will go away but again I was horrified seeing that they ruined the material,softness of the chiffon was not anymore and few for SPOTS were added..and they have told me that's its not their responsibility anymore . please dont visit this shop.

Had a horrible experience. They ruined my 5 costly designer blouse pieces very efficiently.God knows what kind of tailor they are!!! Fitting is really very bad...Made the blouse totally out of shape ...for last three weeks I am going there for alteration ...Totally wastage of energy and money...at the same time making charge is also very very high...This is my suggestion nobody should go there...Plz.
