They have imposed wrong design on my 2 saree blouse pieces. When I complain they ignore immediately. Next day I asked them to return my blouse pieces but they refuse to return it by telling me GST issue which is applicable after a perticular time. Also they don't give a proper digital GST invoice .Most importantly their behaviour was just intolerable (specially Mr Tapas) . They have the tendency to cheat customers. Obnoxiously overpriced as per other tailoring shops. Will request each and everyone to ignore this fraud tailoring shop.

Worst experience ever. Their attitude is like a government office . Nowadays even government offices will treat you well. The people working there are pathetic. They don’t treat customers well and then they will take ages to deliver .Have been there earlier but today it was pathetic. Today went there to give measurements for my salwar stitching. The person who was supposed to take measurements vanished somewhere without informing his colleagues. Upon enquiring to a lady she was least bothered to help. I asked her to phone call the person but she replied she doesn’t have his number. Even other people working there are least bothered to even listen to you. Will never go back again to this worthless place . They have degraded in all aspects.

If it was possible to give less than one star I would have. They took more than 2 months to make three blouses. One would think the time they took is for precision and quality. However that is not true. Three of my blouses have absolutely no fitting, no finishing, inner lining doesn't even have any interlock. It is terrible. One makes tailored blouse for good fit and that is the first thing you would miss if you make your blouse from here. I gave three blouses here which are for my wedding purpose and they somehow screwed each of them. Even a simple angrakha style kurti they couldn't make it well.. my beautiful chikankari piece also ruined as a result. Also for making the kurti they took one month! If you love the pieces and sarees you want to wear your blouses with, stay away from this shop. They will charge you high (more than 10k for 3 blouses!!) And deliver poor quality!

Literally one of the worst experience we have had in kolkata! Almost the whole process of getting two blouses tailored was bad. Order placement process: Despite the shortage of customers in the place, they have created a system of quoting a very long time to get your order so that you have to pay extra urgent stitching charges(rs.1000/) to get your orders stitched in a Week. Measurement and design process: The master tailor (person who takes measurements for stitching as actual tailoring is done by his subordinates) keeps constantly talking about the other products that are being sold at his shop so that people add that to the already fat bill. Due to this he ends up taking slightly wrong measurements all the time -- something that we observed when taking delivery, every customer had some complaint or the other. Design is written by a very young chap -who is not the tailor master-who gives wrong information at each step of the design process and ignores all inputs by the person who is actually going to wear because he wants the customer to go for more expensive designs which ultimately don't even look good and add to the bill. This 2nd person cheats you by showing a nice design from an internet downloaded photo to impress you (just the clothing not with model) and add to the cost but the final product looks completely garbage! like readymade blouses we used to get in shivajinagar bangalore (for rs 200/300). Delivery day experience: for two blouses the audacious price came to 4500/+ but on delivery not only was design completely different, the fitting was also off in both pieces. On showing them they said how did person shrink in a week (how is it possible?). Also when pointed out about the design, they claimed that this was the exact design which they proposed (blatant lying) even after re checking the same photos which they had shown Highly discourage others from using their services if you value your hard earned money!

They have ruined all my wedding saree blouses. Firstly their behaviour is horrendous, they are cheating customers. Obnoxiously overpriced and lowest quality work. I gave one design and they created a totally different one upon their own whims and will behave as if one doesn't know about their own size. Literally touching bra straps and talking vulgar while taking measurements. Wasted so much time.. takes such long time to deliver and even after that totally spoilt all the blouses. I am going to lodge consumer complaint against these frauds.

It is a ladies tailor located at Nagerbazar more. It is a popular tailor shop which is known for making ladies clothes i.e. blouses, false piko and salwars suit with the exact measurements given which makes the clothes best fit on the person who wears it. They follow a system of taking tokens at a specific time and then come at that time with the token for ordering. During pandemic, systems might have changed. Overall, I really appreciate the kind of discipline and hardwork they invest. Such system is hardly seen in other tailor shops. People who prefer tight or best fit clothes or designers blouses can come here and try it once. Their phone number can be found by searching their name in the google list. I recommend this place.

I wish I could give 0 stars.. I never experienced so much fraduary and indiscipline in such a big shop. First of all they will make you wait for hours to take measurements and tell you to wait for a month for delivery. But even after a month it will not be ready, and they are like we can't do anything about it. And the worst experience was when they did some extra work which I didn't ask for and was not at all suitable with the saree. But for their mistake they charged 1000 rs extra from us. But when I refused to pay he wrote that stitching instruction on paper and blamed us (writing was in different pen, it was clear that he just added it) And behaviour of the satdds after making mistake was horrible. I'm never going to go back there

Worst experience ever. Ruined my blouses. Had to go there again as they were ill fitted. Got the blouses back second time and then realised they had messed up the blouses further. I spend almost 11k for the blouses and this is the result I'm getting. Going to go there for a third time to get my blouses fixed. Horrible behaviour and such harrassment! Please do not go there. They will rob you and you will receive third grade service.

What a horrible shop, I would have given zero star. They took 1 month for making my lahenga's blouse which was ok as the delivery date was 7th of Jan and my marriage is a week later. I reached in the delivery date and surprisingly they said my blouse is not ready, come tomorrow. So going there I just checked whether the blouse is ready or not, but again some excuses but now this time the guy who distribute the delivery had not come. They asked me to come on Monday which is 13 th Jan (5days from delivery date). The answer which I got which I was not expecting at all. They said that the blouse is not ready yet so I wanted to talk to the person who seems to be an owner. I talked with him "he said Mam 4-5 din hi toh late hua hai". I mean seriously, you have given your date. I didn't interfere on that. You took a month and extra 5 days and my marriage is on my head and you are saying 4-5 din late hua hai. Such an unprofessional attitude they have. I have not seen a single customer who was happily going home. Each one was facing the same issue. This was my first and of course my late time to visit it. I will never go to such shop who committe but never accomplish. One more thing I would like to discuss -about the tailor who speaks unnecessary things which is not required at all. He thinks he is superior and knows everything about ladies fashion.

After giving so many lectures about design and measurement he made a blouse which is not fitting at all.Actualy he thinks he is the only person who has great idea about women's cloths. He does not even follow the customer requirements and charges is also very high according to the market standard .the tailor wasted my cloths entirely which was too much costly.My suggestion would be don't go to that shop at all.

RajaRani Tailors was a disgusting place. They takes too much time in making a single cloth. Also they doesn't have advanced payment methods like POS machines and all. They charges too much like they charges ₹2000/- for a single blouse but doesn't makes so hi-fi. Overall, as a professional contributor I would suggest that you should not go to this place. It's a wastage of time, energy, and money.

Worst tailer. Run only by name. The tailor is an male. He touches inapptopritely to girls and talk rubbish unwanted personal talk with girls. When confronted shows attitude. He takes measurement in such way which are not required. His main intention is to touch the private area of girls. Even after taking so many measuremenr still makes worst blouse with size problem. He doesn't allow the girl's husband to stand there while taking measurement. What kind of privacy from a girl's husband he wants to have with girls? He is a pervert in the name of business.

Having been a regular customer of Raja Rani since a long time,I have never been disappointed with the services they provide.The charges may seem considerably expensive but at the end it's worth investing upon.Undoubtedly it's the perfect tailoring destination with expertise tailoring solution.So ladies next time you think of tailored blouses,think of Raja-Rani.Overall I would like to add Raja-Rani is definitely the place where discipline meets perfection.

Mr. Subhajit saha May i knw frm where u belongs to??? I dont think that u have a proper civilaised family If u have then u will not put this kind of uncivilised comment If u have dat guts So please come on our shop and put the words in front of us Actually we are belongs to a very well mannerd family Please contact us Please think if we are going to take any legal action against you then what kind of things ll happen with you??? Because we have the correct proof that RAJARANI doesnt behave wrong with any customer Because we have the total CCTV surveillance over there Now u decide what will you do??
