Overpriced, poor craftsmanship, and zero reliability
A&J Couture is unreliable and not worth the exorbitant prices they charge. I had to follow up multiple times just to get my suit delivered, and even then it arrived extremely late — I gave it in the first week of December and barely received it on the last day of the month, only after repeated escalations and confrontations.
While I was there, I met a groom whose engagement was the next day, yet his suit was still not ready at 8 PM. He waited over 45 minutes just for a fitting or delivery. That alone tells you how badly timelines are managed.
The craftsmanship is poor. The suit is tight in the wrong places, uncomfortable, and restricts movement. Basic functional details that anyone who wears suits regularly would expect — like proper inner pockets and practical fit — are clearly overlooked. The so-called “stylists” lack real expertise and push unnecessary changes instead of focusing on quality tailoring.
If you only need a suit for one day, don’t understand tailoring, and don’t mind paying top dollar for poor fabric, poor fit, and delayed delivery, then this place might work for you.
But if you wear suits regularly and care about quality, comfort, reliability, and professionalism, definitely do not go here.

I'm sharing this as a genuine note for anyone considering them. Your wedding day is too important to take chances with. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Horrible experience. They couldn't deliver the items on time even though I gave the order a month prior. They wasted 6 working days of mine due to false promises and poor communication. Sales executive Naveen was the worst among the lot. Never picks up the phone and lies to your face. Totally unprofessional and would never recommend them.

The whole journey, from sharing measurements over a video call to receiving the finished tux in under three weeks, was seamless and reassuring. Special thanks to Shiyas and Naveen for their patience and steady effort throughout. The end product came out better than my expectations.

This is a very professional standard organisation and the quality of the planning and workmanship is every bit as good as in the West End of London. I went there for measuring when we were in Bengaluru and the Linen suit (dyed onsite while we had lunch to check colour) that arrived in London is a triumph. Local fashion is a bit tighter than old fashioned English or E coast American tailoring maybe I am showing my age but the suit makes me look very young! Thanks. Next suit order already sent in!

One of the best custom suit tailors in town. I went there for my sisters wedding which was just one week away from the date I showed up. They made two of the best suits I’ve in my wardrobe in just a week duration. They called me up for trial within 3 days which was really surprising for me and the fit on the trial fitting day was spectacular! The staffs were amazing and friendly. They knew what they were talking about and gave me great insight into what colors suits me and the occasion. The manager , Mr Abhi and the master, Mr Jamal were awesome!

Additionally, despite expressing my preferences, the tailor didn't bother to listen, resulting in a final product that completely disregarded my specifications. There’s no punctuality or responsibility for delivering the products on time. If you don’t call frequently and get updates I am sure you won’t get your outfits before the intended function. My brother received his outfit on the night before the wedding that too with too many hassle. Even I also did not receive on the date mentioned. I had to wait long to collect them on the day before the function wasting my time. And alterations were not done after the trial. My expectations were not met.

The worst place to have your clothes customized. They are so irresponsible and so arrogant. They don't even know how to do basic designing. They might be good at tailoring but customizing, looks like not their speciality. I asked them for a design and they sent me one which I didn't like and asked them to change it to a different design and color, and what they did was change the color with same design, just that they had added some changes. But that wasn't what I showed them, then they were arguing that it is the same design.
They just never keep their word, so don't expect to get your clothes on time. They might deliver your clothes after your marriage if you let them do the order for you. Else, once you place the order seeing their good manners and behavior. Everything changes once the order is placed. You will have to go to them constantly and check on the order. So, be prepared to get irritated and frustrated. The reason they are giving for this is they are busy. If that is the case they should not have taken the order.
This is very unprofessional and unethical. If you don't have any other headaches and you are free of all kind of tension, you should try this place so you will get a lot of tension and a hell lot of headaches.
I had to wait a whole day to get the work done and it look so bad. Will never ever consider their service ever in my life, this is the worst anyone could do.

Gave two pants for stitching and we were told to collect it on the 1st of November. Went on the 5th and they hadn't even started their work. Cannot stick to simple promises and not customer friendly. Would not recommend

I tried two of your numbers and didn't get any response whatsoever on my queries. I then messaged you on instagram and whatsapp and still did not get any response. I then travelled for about 4 hours to kochin from palakkad knowing that the shop will be open just to realise that the shop was actually closed on a Sunday. This has indeed been a disappointing experience and I had not expected this kind of treatment from a shop that actually boasts about their customer service.

Worst boutique.
My husband gave the order for bandhgala suit during the first week of December and they promised to deliver on Dec 12.
But this suit was not ready even by the end of December.
We had to pick up his suit on the day before my sister's wedding.

The service they provide is good and have cotton, linen fabrics from most premium brands. They also stich for men with fabric which is not from their place as well. Tailor charge is 800 for a shirt.
