Pathetic excuse. Insist on cash payment for all purchases. I think they are committing fraud and avoiding tax. Said no to card payment and UPI payment. This is not the first time it was observed that they insist on cash payment. Even a small tea shop accepts UPI, not this shop that sells clothes that are quiet expensive.

Unjustified excuses for being extremely expensive. Constant alterations are need for every peice of clothing made. Quality of customer interaction was also poor.

Pathetic customer service. They have only few good collections of materials and salwar suits. I would not recommend this place. They take only cash. Their card or upi payment never works.
