I recently visited this tailor shop for uniform and pant alterations, and I’m really impressed with their work. The fitting was perfect, stitching was neat, and they delivered the clothes on time. For this level of detailing and craftsmanship, the charges are quite standard across Kochi city. In fact, many boutiques and tailoring shops in the city charge significantly more for similar work.
It appears that you may be more accustomed to stitching from home-based tailors, where pricing and finishing standards can differ. However, this was a professionally handled order, with careful attention to detail, quality finishing, and time commitment.
There were no complaints raised during the process, and the work was completed and delivered on time as promised. Considerable effort, skill, and time went into ensuring the final outcome met expectations.
Given all of this, it is truly disappointing to receive such a negative and unfair review from your side.

I had a very very bad experience from this shop. When I came to alter my shirt he just ignored and he said can't take my measurement for stitching shirt.He had a roll of measurement tap, but he ignored that. The one star is for a lady staff near to this shop she suggested me another shop.The person, I don't know if he is a staff or owner of the shop, has no knowledge about measuring. He argued me to bring a shirt that suited for me. And I continuously said him I have only this shirt and kindly you can measure with the tap. But he neglected with arrogant nature, I'm new to this town, I don't know why he behaved like that. And very sorry to say that ashame of the behavior of this guy.
