My experience at this store today was the exact opposite of the negative reviews I’ve read. When I walked into the store I was helped immediately and given thoughtful advice with picking out the right fabric for an outfit for an upcoming wedding. The whole team on the floor was dedicated to giving me advice and helping me choose not only the fabric but also the style of outfit to wear that suited me. The team put together a full tailored Kurta pyjama set in 4 hours and gave me a reasonable price considering the high quality of work. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone.

I visited Sanjay Textiles recently and made a decent purchase of 5 items, but the experience turned into a major disappointment. Before buying, I specifically asked if they could handle fittings for all items within 2 days, and they confidently agreed to a set time slot.
When I arrived, they’d only done the fitting for 1 out of 5 items—the tailor wasn’t even there, and the team seemed completely out of sync. The salesman who sold me the clothes avoided the issue entirely and wouldn’t step in to help.
Worse, one of my blazers came back with poor fitting and ironing, leaving two ugly creases that make it look ruined. Despite this, they insisted on delivering it anyway. I had to extend my stay in Jaipur just to follow up repeatedly, wasting hours of my time. To top it off, they shamelessly charged me an extra ₹200.
I was a big fan before, but now I won’t return. Avoid if you value your time and quality workmanship.

bought a suit from here and they took one month to prepare it. Two days before my wedding, the size was completely wrong. They took the measurements themselves but are not accepting their mistake. No refund, no proper solution—just asked me to take another piece. Very unprofessional service

Just a hype. Just an over expensive showroom with good showroom display. The clothing offered is not soo good. Only machine work fabric were used in sherwanis and indowesterns. The suiting fabrics were good though. But very expensive then the market. About jacket and othy kurta the collection was just basic. Its all about the name and showroom eyes.

I visited Sanjay Textiles yesterday to look for outfits for a wedding, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff on the second floor, especially Sanjay Rana, was rude and dismissive. Basic courtesy and respectful communication were completely missing. This was the worst experience I have had in any showroom, and it genuinely felt insulting as a customer. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their service standards.

Not a good place. Even no issue with the price but the staff not good. Nothing is allowed no photo no video but the person who finalize your outfit is in diff state. Else they offer the ticket price or just purchase and get a hint may be person like or not. This is unprofessional for such a good place.

We visited yesterday with my family, and I asked for the suit. Salesman is talking with wrong attitude. That slim guy is full of anger and not in mood to deliver the best of business thing. All knows that, customer satisfaction is key point for any business. May be sanjay store is became famous due to false reviews. But definately I DON'T RECOMMEND TO BUY ANY CLOTHES HERE. Sanjay Store should care if their salesman. May be they need to replace all members.

The only focus is selling high priced products. Rude staff behavior. They offer different price when I purchased the cloth and given to their tailor and when I went to collect the cloths they asked double of it. Their argument was " sir galti ho gyi aap ki help kr di " "ek kaam kro Dene ka man ni h to ese hi le jao"
Agar aap kuch bhi Khareed Rahe ho ya stitching ke le de raho please take everything in written.

Pathetic service and servicemen. They are biased towards giving discounts. They only favor 50yrs old client relationships, no benefits for any new first time customers. Purchased clothing worth more than 1 lac and then also no discounts. While they gave discounts on purchase of merely 5000 also to their old customers. People do not respond, act pricey, no and late service. Had to travel 1000kms to and from Delhi to jaipur for this shop and had extremely bad experience. Won't refer this shop to anyone ever.

I had to make a suit and I was very confused. Then I went to Sanjay Textite and saw that there are so many varieties of suit lengths. I purchased two suit lengths and got the suits made from there. The tailors here are very good. I liked the fitting of the suit. The tailor of Sanjay Textile gave me the same fitting. The tailoring and store staff are very good. Like this place for shopping on occasions. A good collection of party, formals, ethicals, and some casual shirts. Good tailoring in case you are interested in purchasing fabrics and customize. Parking can be easily found, but sometimes difficult in busy hours. Attendants are very friendly.

We ordered Achkan a month ago and still was not delivered at time.
Also, staff should learn how to behave.
Manager is good, rest most of the staff doesn’t know how to treat customers, especially the GUARD.

Best in fitting for shervani and important just purchase ready made kurtas do not fall for the stitch scam it's not like they r not good but the workers have comission on that so purchase readymade I'm sure you will find your fit

I was given a trial date but there was no dresses available on the same date and on the date of delivery I was asked to come.l for the trial and on the same date for the trial I was to wait for more then 1 hour for the trial and standing all the time long and now I have to wait for another day for my trial which is really hectic and not expected from them.

Worst tailoring, looting the customers. I bought very expensive and premium cloth fabric for trousers but their tailor prepared it pathetically and wasted my money.

Clothes are okay but staff not punctual. Purchased a suit and asked for delivery after one day at 2.00 pm.
Waited till 5.00 pm in the store. And keep on saying ..5 min me aa raha hai sir.

Highly unprofessional Staff. They don’t know how to speak to customers. We bought the suit from there. All buttons were loose. They don’t reply when you call them or speak at higher volumes when you ask for delivery. Extremely unprofessional.

Excellent place to shop wide if u r ready to spend a bit higher. They really hv a huge variety of men fabric and attire within a single floor. Staff is co operative. Just it's a bit heavy to it pocket..but what else can be required to Luk handsome then spending a bit more.
